Great location, amenities and price.
Pros:

The staff are incredibly helpful. We needed a taxi at 2 am and they arranged it and help to accommodate any early morning tours. The location is perfect for good restaurants, historical areas and public transportation.

Great staff, nice and comfortable accommodations.
Pros:

Very attentive, friendly and accommodating staff. Nicely decorated rooms with large windows. Even if the general area could not be considered the safest, the immediate area was quiet and safe since the hotel was in a gated cul de sac.

Idealne miejsce do zwiedzania Santiago de Chile
Pros:

Hotel położony w samym centrum Santiago, ale w bocznej cichej uliczce. Pokój bardzo duży, czysty, pięknie urządzony i z ładnym dużym balkonem. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna oraz smaczne śniadania. Można się poczuć jak w domu :-)

Good value city centre hotel
Pros:

Great little hotel in a good position central but quiet as down a small gated side street, a short walk to restaurants, museums and parks . Very helpful reception staff we have stayed here 3 times. Always in the big room with balcony at the front. Good value in a city centre

Cons:

No facilities apart from a decent room and bathroom , which is in need of a bit of tlc, as the ceiling is mouldy .

Great spot for a quiet retreat in Santiago
Pros:

Highly recommend this spot when visiting Santiago. Great location, close to metro stops, SUPER quiet. We slept great.
Simon and the team were very helpful.
Cannot comment on breakfast, we did not partake.
