This place is unhygienic and poorly maintained.

The photos speak for themselves. There is visible mould and grime on walls, ceilings, AC vents, and bathroom fixtures. Vent covers are clogged with dust and black buildup. Corners and ledges are dirty. The shower area shows staining and mould around fittings. Even the bedding has marks and stains, which is unacceptable.

Air quality feels compromised due to filthy vents. Basic cleaning has clearly been skipped for a long time. This is not a minor lapse. It is systemic neglect.

For a property branded as “Townhouse Oak”, the standards are nowhere near what is promised. I would not recommend staying here unless you are comfortable with mould, dirt, and poor hygiene. Avoid.

Except that it is near to kudroli temple which we wanted to visit, nothing we liked at this place

they are big cheaters. booking.com also has fooled us. The hotel is like a dilapated building with all acs non functional. we had informed that we will come by 6 to 7pm. when we reached they said that there are no ac rooms. but we have to pay full amount as booked thro booking.com. if not, they will treat that we have not arrived and cancel rooms booked thro booking.com. Then they will give us non ac room at some discount compared to our ac room booking rate. it was night, and we did not have choice. two un educated unfriendly guys seated there took the call and said if required we can call booking.com customer care and they are not going to give rooms !!!. Horrible experience and they vouched and said that booking .com knows that this oyo room is under trouble and none of acs are working, still they took booking !!! we did not expect this from booking.com, as i have travelled a lot thro booking .com. we unnecessarily spent rs 6000 for 3 lousy rooms with no windows and no air circulation !!! the bathroom water was stinky and the staff said, that it is borewell water ! and they had no idea about stinking water !!

A good property but a bad management.
Pros:

The room was clean and bed was comfy.

Cons:

Many things especially related to meal options. I had booked a triple room with breakfast but they provided breakfast only for two. In fact, they just bought us two set dosas and two cups of tea which none of us drink. Not providing coffee in Mangalore is mean. I tried ordering with Swiggy but the delivery partner did not come nor he responded to multiple phone calls. Finally, we had to search for a coffee shop in the neighbourhood which was easy neither.

Cons:

I booked two A/C double bed rooms in Booking.com. When I visited hotel they offered me Non AC room with same price. Reception staffs doens't know English or tamil or Malayalam. Not friendly at all. Very bad experience. I ignored booking and left. Horrible experience
