Beautiful Hotel
Pros:

Super clean and great staff. Hotel feels well-maintained and safe.

Cons:

Toaster runs too fast to get bread brown. Not a big issue though.

Bien malgré tout, trop loin de tout.
Pros:

Déjeuner, température de la piscine.

Cons:

Peu de chaise autour de la piscine et réduction des heures pour la navette vers la mer et la vieille ville de Hoi an sans préavis.

A charming hotel that is in a great location, close to everything but in a quite relaxed area
Pros:

the hotel is ideally located, just in the middle between the beach and the old city. very near to restaurants, coffee shops, spas and with a small park just opposite the hotel. their free shuttle to the beach in one direction and to the old City heart in the other direction was a great added service. A charming hotel that we would certainly stay at again.

We loved the location which is just out of main town so a bit quieter with lots of great local restaurants and massage places around. They have free shuttles to the beach and town on a regular basis

Great stay in Hoi An!!!!
Pros:

Brilliant hotel, we loved it. Very clean, close to old town but still in a quiet area. Staff are brilliant and very kind always welcoming us back to the hotel . complimentary bikes were great, pool was great! have nothing negative to say at all. 10/10
We will 100% stay here again when we return to Vietnam.

Cons:

Nothing to say bad about this hotel.

Boutique value property in Hoi An
Pros:

Anio is a beautiful boutique property, not v far from the old town. The rooms are all v well done snd v v comfortable. We had quite a few diff types because we were a large group and all were well spacious. Anio is about 1.5km from old town, v walkable but the hotel has a shuttle to take you in and back. And then there's always grab if you need for off time. The place is also v well located amidst v highly rated and reasonable SPAs and Restaurant. Anio themselves have a good SPA and run great promotions. Unfortunately, we didnt check that out fully until encouraged by Joy on our second last day there. But thanks to Joy for the reco. Joy is a passionate manager,v enthusiastic and was wonderful on many recommendations.

On the first night, we were welcomed by Snow who was great in settling us down. She remained available and helpful on other evenings similarly.

Emily at the massage place gave a great massage and Alice, Will, Ping and Helen on the front desk were always available and helpful in answering any queries or providing support as needed. Will also was v open to our minor suggestions. I think what made our overall experience really great was the connect with the people in Hoi An and a large part of that was the awesome staff at Anio. Bless the team. A small suggestion that we passed along was to increase the breakfast hrs by a bit. Thanks

Great stay in Hoi An
Pros:

Honestly, when I’ve read the bad reviews, I expected the worst. But what’s up with you guys? The hotel was one of the best we stayed in Vietnam. Sure some parts of the facilities need to be updated, but overall everything was amazing. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast was great, the bed very comfortable and I didn’t hear a beep from other guests. It’s not so central to be bothered by the crowds, but central enough to easily access the old town. I would definitely stay there again.

Cons:

The smaller pools could be cleaned and some facilities updated.

One of our favourite stays in Vietnam - would visit again!
Pros:

We had the pleasure of staying at Anio Boutique Hotel Hoi An for 6 nights.
The rooms were comfortable and we were happily surprised with room service and new towels each day.
The included breakfast had a great selection of food and the staff were exceptionally helpful and very professional throughout our entire stay (thank you Pink and Helen).
The location is in a nice area, a 5 minute drive away from the old town. They have a complimentary shuttle service which runs frequently to/from the old town and also to the nearby A Bang beach. Complimentary bikes also available.

Cons:

The pool bar isn’t currently operating and whilst we enjoyed the pool area, we think it could be further improved by a revamp to pool bar and some new cushions of the day beds.

Great hotel in a good location
