Would I stay again? Definitely yes! :-)
Pros:

The location is good. It’s about 15 minutes by bike to the beach and the city center, and around 25 minutes walking to Hanoi Old Town.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel also offers free bicycles, which is a nice bonus. Because we stayed longer, we also received a massage voucher, which we really appreciated.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the swimming pool area is very nice. The breakfast itself is good quality, and the hotel also offers a happy hour for cocktails, which is a nice touch.

Cons:

The biggest issue for us was the breakfast schedule. Breakfast finishes at 9:30 AM, which feels extremely early for a holiday hotel. In reality it’s even earlier than that — from around 9:00 AM they stop refilling most items, and at 9:25 staff will already come to your table to tell you breakfast is finished. By 9:40 everything is already cleared away.

Housekeeping was also not very thorough. During our week-long stay the bed sheets were never changed, and sometimes items left on the floor were not picked up during cleaning

The staff are so helpful and friendly! The rooms are spacious and comfortable with the balcony rooms providing a work desk. Big, comfortable beds and great aircon. The facility gym has some basic but good equipment and the buffet breakfast was lovely. A really good array of western and Asian cuisine! It is a quiet location away from the noise of Old Town which we appreciated but only a short 5 minute shuttle into the heart of Hoi An. The staff were exceptional and really made our stay.

The Service by Vinh was good. She arranged the car and told us what to do in Hoi An.

The Food at the restaurant was great too.

Cons:

Le service était inférieur à nos attentes, pas de serviettes en piscine, pas grand monde pour vous servir etc.. peut etre lié au moment de notre présence avant les grandes fêtes de tet etc..
