Pros:

The staff were extremely happy and helpful, and could help anyway they can. Room was clean and spacious, however the 4 flights of stars were a bit hard, especially with anyone with mobility issues.

Cons:

The tiles in and around the pool area are very, very slippery when wet, as I, myself slipped in the pool towel and all behind the sunbeds.

The shower could’ve been built better. Shower heads poured over the bath so when you shower water goes out and onto the floor.

Exceeded our expectations!
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at Anio Boutique Hotel. Ruby and Van at check-in were so friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The hotel was spotless, and the housekeeping team did an amazing job every day keeping our room clean and replenishing the amenities. We also used the laundry service, which was convenient and reasonably priced. The pool was lovely too. We’d definitely recommend staying here!

Cons:

Nothing, it was one of our favourites hotels that we stayed in during our time in Vietnam! 🇻🇳

OK stay - needs a good clean
Pros:

Big Rooms, air conditioning was good.

Cons:

The pool area is small and run down. Doesn’t look like the photos they have on their website etc. Rooms need a decent deep clean, skirting boards were very dirty, the whole hotel needs a good clean, it’s showing its age. Pool area is very poorly looked after.

Amazing hotel with even better staff!
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful, it had everything we needed. The pools were beautiful. Everything was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel was very close to everything. The staff were very friendly, Van organised a beautiful cake for my friend’s birthday and helped with everything we needed. Pink was also amazing and very helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the hotel has a pool and other services such as bikes for use that were utilised over our eight days to stay. The location of this hotel is fantastic. It’s just far enough away from old town to miss the busy road but still within walking distance or a quick grab. Highly recommend

Nice hotel near the Old Town of Hoi An
Pros:

Very nice and specious room with comfortable bed! Buffet breakfast with plenty of choices!
They have a private setting with restaurant at the beach, just a shuttle ride away.
