Pros:

The location is right across a pub and a nightclub not at all a safe area especially at night. The apartment itself was okay not the best and the window right next to the bed opens directly in the street and isn’t that safe or secure. Very bad people to talk to as well

The only posative thing I can say about this property is the location is very convenient for public transport and has several restaurants near by .

Cons:

The advertisement is very misleading. The kitchen and bathroom are shared and nobody is present to show you where either is. There was also no indication of the amount of stairs or how steep and narrow they were . While I expected the room to be basic it still fell below my expectations it was grubby and run down, traffic made the building shake. There is a reason there are no exterior photos of the building. When you walk in the front door you are tripping over the footwear of the long term resident in the first flat who like to leave ot outside their door. We were on the 3rd floor which consisted of two "apartments" which actually means bedrooms and discovered a bathroom up another set of stairs. There was no kitchen on this floor and we were unsure if we could use the one on the second floor.
The Landlord did not respond to attempted communication and I was informed by booking.com that he dosent speak English. I would not stay here again or recommend this property

Served us well for our needs, good commiunication from owner and easy to find, nice little place :)
Pros:

Ideal location for St Pancreas or Kings Cross stations. Cheap and cheerful, exactly what we needed to stop over either side of Eurostar. Kitchen and bathrooms useable and useful, but it is what it is - cheap and cheerful, not a 5* luxury apartment!

Cons:

I forgot to ask about stairs - my fault entirely, but my fiance wasn't impressed with me as he had to carry my wheelchair up three flights including a spiral staircase lol. Oops! Totally my fault however!

Very nice play with every ko d of transportation near.
Pros:

Very good place to stay, near bus station and kingcross or St. Pancreas station.

Cons:

We were 4 and has only 3 towels, we have to wait for the other, but finally it was do e and for the Second day we have all 4 towels.
