Pros:

Lovely hotel right near the beach like 2-5 mins walk a bit loud at night but I had ear plugs so no problem

Superbe hôtel et emplacement idéal

La chambre était immense ! 65 mètres carrés ! Vue sur la mer.

Le personnel est génial. Un monsieur nous a réservé une sortie, tout c’est bien passé.

Perfect place just far enough from the beach to get a good night's sleep.
Pros:

Just a short walk to the beach and located on a small street with many shops, restaurants and services. I stayed in an apartment; my friend had a hotel-type room. Both were great. AC worked fine. Hotel staff are friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

The pool is a little small, but great for a quick dip. Could be improved with a couple of lounge chairs in addition to the tables with chairs.

Good Value Location in Da Nang near the main beach.
Pros:

Great location-just one block from the beach promenade and lots of small restaurants. Clean apartment with daily tidy up and change of towels. AC worked well. Full size fridge + stove top. Rooftop pool was refreshing and clean. Separate bedroom with comfortable mattress (though bed frame squeaked with every move) and adequate storage/closet space. Water provided. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

WIFI was weak. Gym equipment aged and inadequate with no hand weights. There should be at least a couple of lounge chairs for the pool. Minimal kitchenware-no glasses. Remove the mini bar. Remember cash only payment. No need for black out blinds in the living area but the bedroom could use them.

Pros:

The staff was wonderful, they were very nice, they organized trips for me, they were always smiling, the room was clean with hot water, the only thing I regret is that there was no window, next time I will definitely choose a room with a window and a balcony, I love the rooftop pool, it was quiet and close to the beach. Good WiFi

no window, the air conditioning smells of mold

Pros:

Просторная комната. В целом есть всё необходимое для проживания. Заселили на час раньше официального времени, что было очень удобно. Хорошее расположение. Стильный и чистый ресепшен, приветливые сотрудники. Явного грибка мы не заметили (хотя при такой влажности полностью его исключить сложно).

Cons:

Затхлый запах из кондиционера - этот момент отелю стоит решить в приоритетном порядке.
На кухне отсутствуют ложки и кастрюли, оснащение можно улучшить.
В номере 201 через техническое отверстие на балконе (фактически это открытый проём без полноценного балкона) слышны разговоры соседей сверху. При этом, если сравнивать с номерами с окнами на дорогу, внутри относительно тихо.
Уборка довольно слабая - в целом не критично, но пыль и углы можно убирать тщательнее.
Горничные и общее состояние номеров создают ощущение экономии на поддержании качества - от состояния крана до полотенец. После эффектного ресепшена впечатление от комнаты быстро снижается.
В соседнем помещении начался ремонт, с 8 утра слышен звук дрели. Отель заранее не предупредил об этом.
Администрация предлагала скидку (около 20 евро) при отмене брони на Booking, однако бронь была нужна для отчётности по расходам.

Similar in many ways to Nha Trang but more stretched out. Can get a bit quiet if you aren’t in the right area.
Pros:

Clean, modern, roomy. Good air con, good shower and bathroom. Very close to the beach.

Cons:

The road it’s on is mainly massage joints and eateries. Not very lively, the best bars are couple of kilometres away.

Pros:

Great stay with a good value. The location is near the beach, clean, comfortable and the staff were helpful. Only thing is if you use the steam room there is an extra charge of 100,000 dong which wasn’t clearly stated when booking. I would 100% stay again.

Pros:

Bien placé, près de la plage. Petit rue animée de petits restaurants.

Cons:

Nous n’avions pas eu la chambre réservée sur Booking (vue sur mer et balcon) mais en allant le signaler à la réception une nouvelle chambre nous a été attribuée.
La baignoire (non fixée au sol) dans la chambre à la place d’une douche.
