Pros:

Die Dame am Empfang war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgeststtet.
Die Lage fanden wir sehr praktisch.
Für uns eine sehr gute Wahl und sehr gerne weiter empfehlen.

Marrekech Stay 30/03 til 03/04 2026
Pros:

Would highly reccomend this hotel apartment for a stay in Marrekech.
Khawla was so lovely to recieve us and my family, and her team were so friendly and very helpful. Our stay was very comfortable. We stayed in the 5 bed apartment enough for 8 to 10 people. Beds were comfortable, kitchen facilities available, and if anything was needed you can ask.
Everything is within walking distance to cafes and restaurants. The local supermaket Carrefour is a 4 minute walk, Eden Crescent Mall is about 6 mins walk, and a lovely spa and hamman is about 4 mins walk.
There is a lovely place next door called Mamti to get authentic Morroccan Tagines and Cooking Classes. The food was amazing!
We mostly ate out, and went to supermarket for basics (tea, bottled water, breakfast and snacky bits).
We had TVs in everyroon, and access to wifi and streaming service like Netflix.
Access to rooftop was lovely to catch the sunset and view of the mountains and city.
I would definitely love to come back again to Marrekech and would stay at Migdal Gueliz (Residence Hamza) again.

Cons:

The yellow taxis, they didnt seem to know where the hotel apartment was situated, which was strange to me. Also didnt have sat navs or gps on their phones. Used ours!
Also they inflated prices after drop off once agreed.
Ubers were better to use and can be tracked.

Appartement mal agencé et pas du bon côté de Gueliz
Pros:

L appartement est spacieux. Pas très loin des commerces. Pour déjeuner :ozen et terra moi.
Restaurant le vrai traditionnel

Cons:

L appartement est grand 1 grande entrée, salon, cuisine , 2 chambres 2 wc mais une douche minuscule.Pas très propre , cheveux et mouchoirs dans les placards, interrupteurs sales…J ai nettoyé. Le store de l chambre ne descend pas totalement car bloqué par le carrelage de la terrasse. La baie vitrée du salon ne ferme pas totalement. La rue où est située l appartement est sombre et en travaux.

Très grand appartement et très bien placé. Propre et super accueil.

Cons:

Une pièce dans l'appartement condamnée avec des affaires personnelles dedans. Bizarre pour un appart-hotel. Deux portes pour cet appartement mais une ne fermait pas.

Good stay with minor areas for improvement
Pros:

Spacious unit with amenities such as washing machine. Iron, hair dryer, the lady staff was very helpful and accommodating Comfortable bed and bedroom size, good living room, kitchen and patio;
Heat in the unit was good during cool season

Cons:

The building quality was not the best, floors coming up, walls worn out but not horrible, doors squeaky,
The main bathroom was a bit small, luckily the unit had an extra half bath
7-10min walk to the nearest convenience store if needing to pick up coffee or water
