Very disappointing not worth the money. No Beaty room however that is showing on their website with booking options.

Very friendly staff and amazing facilities. Five star hotel you get five star service 👍. Definitely will be coming back.

Very nice hotel, staff were amazing and very helpful, the food was amazing too best steak I have had. They surprised me with a cake 🍰 in our room. Such a nice place to relax. 5 star hotel with 5 star ⭐️ service.

A beautiful place to stay on the Gold Coast.
Pros:

The Imperial Hotel is superb, all the staff were very welcoming and professional. The service at the pool and restaurant was excellent and our room was very spacious and comfortable. Parking underneath the hotel was free and there were plenty of spaces.

Cons:

We left 2 new shirts and a phone cord in our room and they could not locate them to return them. Room service obviously stole them.
Also pool chairs are run down and some cranky staff. Also 30 minutes to wait for a coffee at breakfast was way too long. Bathroom lighting is awful
