Very nice hotel
Pros:

The staff were lovely. It has a lovely grand entrance and the pool area was amazing. The beds are really comfortable.

Cons:

The staff literally can’t do enough to make you feel comfortable. I would just say that they could clear the room service plates more regularly. We went out for a few hours and the same plates/ice buckets etc were still there on the corridors when we came back.

Fabulous
Pros:

Lovely facilities and attention to detail in both the physical location and also from staff. We read recent reviews saying it’s dated and the rooms had issues but we found that to be very false. Would recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back. Thank you for looking after us.
Pros:

The staff. Sean at the valet was exceptional and Eashana in the foyer bar and restaurant was attentive, but made sure that we had our space to enjoy the opulent surroundings.

Cons:

Our room smelled a bit musty. Like something had been damp for a while in the room. It was not noticeable after a short time.
