Very comfortable bed, best shower I've had for ages, staff very friendly.
The pool area is still lovely.
Oh dear, where do I start?
Having stayed here numerous times as Palazzo Versace, it was down to earth with a big bump in its new guise!
Everything has severely downgraded.
Any pretence at 5 stars has now disappeared, unfortunately.
The room is virtually bear apart from fixtures and fittings.
Not even a minibar.
No room service.
The quality restaurants have gone.
No concierge.
Sadly, it's just very ordinary now. It's such a shame 😕
Concierge team was very friendly and helpful.
Location and event venue. Parking was included.
Sink in room was broken and there was a clump of hair in the shower. Hotel seemed old and not well maintained. A large area of the underground parking was used for storage.
Room was nice and spacios ... Lovely shower pressure , comfortable bed ..
We would have like some room drinks to have in the mini bar
Getting a little aged but we heard you are renovating as well...
Here to assist with any renovations you may require through fienza
It’s very classy and well maintained. You don’t get these kind of hotels anymore.
Best gym in all hotels I have stayed so far. It’s so well equipped that could put some private gyms to shame. The hotel should promote with more photos of the gym.
We paid for a Deluxe suite with breakfast. Paying $5 for a 2nd cup of barista coffee at the buffet breakfast was not expected. How many cups of coffee could a patron drink that could break the bank ?
Swimming pool
Stuff was so arrogant and rude. The food was disappointing it was so depressing to stay at Imperial. we checked out one night earlier.
Such a beautiful place to stay. Loved the valet parking and concierge service. No hassle check in and staff were very friendly and helpful
Only issue was finding a power point for the kettle.
Housekeeping were very unprofessional, opened our door to service without knocking the room at 9am on a Sunday, then when asked to service our room that afternoon, cleaners raising their voice and questioning us paid guest why we didnt allowed cleaner to service at 9am. A room should not be serviced at 9am unless specifically asked. On holidays resting, not up at that hour.
Housekeepers, in room dining. They need professional training, how to speak with guests.
They need manners.
It was exquisite from start to finish.
Beautiful details in every aspect of our stay, gorgeous furnishings, the views where so pretty and the staff were friendly and kind.
We had a delicious breakfast. Rainy so mo swim, but the pool looked amazing.
Definitely an experience to remember.
I cannot fault a thing.
Great location
Pool in the condomonium was good.
Entry foyer was very grand.
Arrived with my family of 5 people. Paid $2000 with $1000 held for one night stay in a 3 bedroom unit with a pool. Arrived at the hotel no valet to greet us or give us any directions or help with our luggage. Walked inside to book in while my husbane waited in the car with the family.
On entering there were 4 reception desk with no staff at any of the desks, had to flag down a waiter who went out the back to find someone to serve me. In the mean time my husband waiting in the car got rudely beeped by a car behind him. We had to then drag all our luggage threw the reception area past the common pool area and up steps to get to our room. On going to bed the outside pool filter outside our bedroom started loudly beeping. The staff did get the beeping to stop but if they hadn't been able to fix the issue had bought with them 6 packets of ear plugs to give us so we could have slept thru the noise. I found our unit very big but very dated. This hotel has all the bling on entry and in the website pictures but the services and hotel are definitely up to the standard of other hotels I have stayed at. I would never recommend or stay here again.
The staff were very friendly and accomodating .
We were given a different room as the first had a musty smell and furnishings were so run down. The buffet was so poor. A carvery with one roast and looked so sparing on display. We have had it so many times over years so it was terrible. No Yorkshire puddings even though advertised
