Struttura moderna e pulita, stanza silenziosa e confortevole.
Ottima posizione vicina ad un centro commerciale e alla zona dei locali.
Letti comodi anche se un po' corti.

Cons:

Peccato che nella mia stanza il frigorifero fosse un po' rumoroso

Pros:

Sa situation géographique, bien placé.

Cons:

La wifi ne fonctionne pas très bien. Il n'y a que 4 chaînes de télévision. Très bruyant, on entend beaucoup le bruit de la rue.

Cons:

Towel, bedsheet, pillow cover they didnt change it for 6 night im staying there with my mom and make her skin reaction so itchy. Even the bath towel as inside the bathroom notice saying must left the towel on the floor for change to new clean towel but i never want to do that and instead i left both towel on the chair in the room but the house keeping did not want to change it for me. I also wasn’t happy and too disappointed with the customer service of your front desk Mr. Hussain/Hossain(im not sure how his name spelling) that not to friendly and serious looking at the inhouse guest dealing during check-in hotel. I did ask politely also about the hotel room issue which they only provide it on day one and remaining they told me must pay RM 3 for a box of tissue but then i pay to stay in that room for 6 night.

Pros:

The room was spacious, the location was great, the staffs were friendly and very helpful. I will definitely come again.

Cons:

There is no full-length mirror or any mirror in the room. The only mirror is in the bathroom. The hotel should provide one.
