Overall not a bad place to stay.
Pros:

Location. Accessible to mall for shopping and dine. Bellman is very attentive and helpful.

Cons:

Reception should be more polite and courteous.Know what guest want and knowledge of hotel lingo. Housekeeping should check the amenities in the room. Replenish the items not wait until guest complaint.

Had a nice time there with my family.
Pros:

The room was fine, spacious and the location was convenient about 2mins walk to Berjaya TImes Square and Lalaport Mall.
We didnt chose breakfast option. Overall very satisfied

Cons:

The don't clean the room everyday. Each time we have to tell them to clean the room properly.

The Staff was very friendly and well mannered hats off to Mr Sayed who helped us through out our journey.
