Great hosts and location, but cleanliness is a big concern.
Pros:

The location is perfect, very close to all the tourist spots. Hosts were amazing and they do give you a parking spot on a very calm street. Breakfast was good also, it was enough food for us.

Cons:

Our room looked like it was not cleaned after guests before us. The only clean things were towels and bedsheets. We had dirty toilet and large amounts of someone’s hair were hanging all over shower, sink and the sink cabinet. We had to walk in shoes in the room all the time as it was dirty and dust and small stones were sticking to feet.
We loved everything but the cleanliness of the room, didn’t request cleaning because it was already dirty the day we came and we stayed only 2 nights.

Pros:

Чудовий готель! Персонал дуже ввічливий і завжди готовий допомогти. Номер був чистим, комфортним та добре обладнаним. Сніданки смачні, розташування зручне. Відпочинок пройшов чудово, із задоволенням повернулися б сюди ще раз. Дякуємо за гостинність!

A pleasant stay in Istanbul, in a well-located hotel with welcoming staff and the sea nearby
Pros:

The hotel is well located in the Fatih district, convenient for visiting Istanbul’s Old City. The sea is just down the street, which makes it very pleasant to walk along the coast. There is also a very good café outside that I would recommend. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel offers an airport transfer service, which is convenient. Overall, the stay went well.

Cons:

slept well in my room, but the windows are American-style openings and the soundproofing could be improved. You can sometimes hear the tramway and noise from outside

An amazing budget friendly option
Pros:

Location was close to the sultanahmed so quick access to the monuments was possible. Fridge and a tea pot and hair pistol were great add-ons that made our stay even more comfortable. Also nfc tags on the keys to access the main hotel room was great

Muito agradável.
Pros:

O hotel é bem pequeno, mas muito confortável e com uma recepção muito atenciosa do Sr. Serkan que nos orientou sobre o transfer, sobre passeios e esteve atento sobre nossas necessidades na cidade.
O café da manhã é simples, mas farto e com variedade, feito na hora e servido individualmente.
A localização é excelente, perto da Mesquita Azul e dos principais pontos turísticos de Istambul, além de estar próximo de mercados e restaurantes.

Cons:

Foi tudo ótimo.

Idéal pour être proche des monuments.
Pros:

Rapport qualité prix (emplacement, quartier sécurisé, confort et petit déjeuner)
Le personnel.
Calme de l’établissement. Quartier paisible contrairement à Sirkeci ou Eminonu.

Ottima posizione, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, bene la colazione preparata da una ragazza splendida
Il proprietario ci ha aiutati nel parcheggio delle moto e per il tour sul Bosforo
