everything is perfect
Pros:

I went for one night and stayed for a week. I was very satisfied with the staff, the service, the room, very clean, the price was reasonable, I recommend it to everyone.

Pros:

The terrace is nice and very easy parking at the property. The room is bright and I liked the pillows. The wifi was ok.

Cons:

We felt unwelcomed. First, they wanted a price higher than the booking.com reservation, but after waiting for somebody else, this was settled. Our room was supposed to have a minibar (it's on the picture of the room), but it didn't have it. So, a few things we had were spoiled. They should remove the picture with the minibar from booking.com. We got a room that did not correspond to the pictures you see when you select the room in the app.

Breakfast: a coffee didn't arrive, but its payment was requested, then, when pointed out that the coffee wasn't served, it finally came. So, the timing was wrong. The second day, the coffee was included in the breakfast price. So, why did we have to pay for it separately the day before? It's very cheap, so, the problem isn't the price of the coffee, but rather the way these things happened, when they make you feel like you're in the wrong.

Noise: very noisy. The first night, a very loud group made noise almost the whole night, then early in the morning. The second night, the group was gone, but somebody just opened and closed a door very loudly, again and again, at 2 am.

Anytime a bathroom is used beside your room, you hear it very loudly.

Some small things in the room: the shower holder on the wall is placed so high, that if you put the shower on it, you won't get any water. Same for the mirror, also placed very high.

Superb
Pros:

We had a spacious room, the windows and balcony were huge, which made the room very bright and cheerful! The bed was comfortable, everything was clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room had a fridge, which was useful, but I don't think all the rooms have one. The location is great, near to shops, restaurants etc, and the hotel has it's own nice restaurant attached.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like.

Nice hotel, small, clean room with some special features
Pros:

Hotel looks quite new. Rooms are nice, clean, on a small side. Twin room with maximum capacity 3 adults was perfect for one. Staff is very friendly on hospitable, check-in simple and quick. Didn’t check on site restaurant. Convenient on site private parking.
Hotel was quite empty, didn’t noticed many people, staff included. Same guy that did check in was taking care of the bar. Quiet.

Cons:

- Impossible to use bedside lamp. Socket on one side of the bed, lamp on bedside cabinet was on the other side and not enough room to move bedside table on the other side of the bed.
- "unfinished" details in bathroom
