Location, size of room, lake view.
There is a hot water problem in the bathroom.
Check-in was relatively smooth. The room was clean, quiet, spacious enough and well-decorated. The large bed was quite comfortable and the A/C worked well. There are oodles of excellent restaurants within walking/delivery distance. There is free parking available if need be. And the wi-fi is strong and reliable
It was exciting to see a rainfall showerhead only to be disappointed when no rain came out of said showerhead. Merely a slight trickle from the center. The handheld extension had very little pressure and it took a good five minutes for the water to get lukewarm. As well, there is no hose (bum gun) with the toilet. I reckon guests are checking out of Aisha Hotel a lot dirtier than when they checked in.
The facility is closed with a lock. Provided mobile number in email was not working. Completely disappointed.

Fantastic location, right off west lake . Room was very spacious, all appliances worked well. Staff were friendly & helpful

Clean and tidy room
Was little bit noisy at night because of the some club or pub near by.
Good quality hotel and really fair price. Very friendly staff, clean room and very comfortable bed. We enjoyed having a smart TV for a few days as well :) wifi works great, location is good, especially if you have checked off your old-quarter-bucket-list. Laundry, shops and restaurants right around the corner.

The rooms with no windows are a problem, this is a new place and these rooms already have the ceiling full of mold due to the lack of ventilation…
