Pros:

Het moment dat ik vertrokken ben naar een ander hotel

Cons:

Onvriendelijk personeel. Een bouwwerf boven onze kamer. Onbehulpzaam personeel. Echt een superlelijke kamer. Schimmel op de muren.. ik zou niemand aanraden om daar 1 euro te verspillen.

Pros:

Location and team are amazing

Cons:

It’s a little dated , which is expected close to the sea, but the rooms could do with a deep clean and refresh. It was ok but a little more attention on the cleanliness would have made the world of difference.

Good but expensive for the quality of room and mattress
Pros:

The view from the room, the bathroom, friendly staff and breakfast was decent with choice.

Cons:

The size of the room is tiny, barely space to walk in between. The mattress quality was very poor and ended up having back pain. And the noise around was loud probably due to the construction going around.

A really dirty and uncomfortable stay rooms really not clean at all

This hotel mentioned luxury boutique on some signs
There is nothing luxurious
It’s so embarrassing
So dirty and nasty rooms a overall really bad experience
We left the hotel 1 day before schedule
And we could not take the chance to go for the breakfast

Incredible and satisfying and everything we wanted
Pros:

The room was well decorated and the location was extremely central to city hotspots. The staff were incredibly hospitable and friendly.

Cons:

It wasn't a deal breaker but breakfast could've been a bit more extensive in options and improvements could be made to the quality of the drinks served such as a coffee machine that also does tea instead of hot water in a flask.

Ok stay
Pros:

Great position, a few steps from the Gateway of India and Colaba Causeway. Good range of restaurants within walking distance.
The room was clean and comfortable. Good WiFi.

Cons:

The room did not have any views. In general, reception could have been more friendly and more helpful.

Would return to this hotel
Pros:

Very comfortable room & bed.
They even set you up with a variety of pillows with different softness - a good pillow is important!

We want to add that the reception went above and beyond to help us to understand the train ticketing system.
I cannot praise the staff highly enough.
