Great stay !
Pros:

This was our second time staying at this property. Great location, friendly staff and good breakfast.

Pros:

The staff were super helpful and nice! The location was in the walkable distance from the market and nice cafes.

Hotel nice but spoiled by restaurant
Pros:

The hotel had nice and stylish rooms. The location was very good.

Cons:

Beware of the rooftop-restaurant! Me and my husband got severe foodpoisoning after dinner the first night and my son and his friend after dinner the second night. We were very sick and were in bed the rest of our stay. We did not see anything in Mumbai unfortunatly.

Nice location and staff.
Pros:

The first night we were given the room next to reception, which was small and the noise from the reception did not make for a good night sleep. However, on the subsequent night we were moved into a much larger room away from reception, and that was a lovely room. The staff was very friendly, and it is possible to borrow and iron and an ironing board.

The hotel has a small rooftop terrace from which you can look at the harbour.

The hotel arranged for a taxi to pick us up at the airport which was very nice and felt safe.

Recommendations for a better breakfast than at the hotel is the next door Flurys.

Cons:

The breakfast was very sparse and not that great. Make sure you don't get the room next to the reception.

Pros:

Excellent charming Hotel, beautifully situated with wonderful service on all levels. Roof top restaurant is as excellent.

Great location but not best value
Pros:

Location location location. Great location on the waterfront in Colaba. The breakfast is decent. Comfortable beds. And staff are helpful.

Cons:

We had 2 Roma booked. They were fairly expensive. One room was a great size the 2nd room (305) is tiny and poor value for money. The furnishings are past their best.

Quite relieved to check out .
Pros:

Tbh I wouldn’t choose to stay there again . It’s a bit depressing .

Cons:

It’s fine but hotel is quite hard to find as it’s behind another hotel & on the 3rd floor . Building suffers from humidity & rooms need a bit of TLC but in fairness it’s clean . Staff not super friendly, I’m sure there are better hotels in same price range .

Goede locatie maar oud en heel luidruchtig
Pros:

De locatie is heel goed

Cons:

De kamer was vrij oud. Kapotte en stopcontacten, douchewater wat niet wegliep etc. Het was vooral heel erg rumoerig. De receptie is vlak naast de kamers en de staf was ook s nachts aan het praten op de gang waardoor wij steeds (door onze jetlag heen..!) wakker werden.

Comfortable in a great location.
Pros:

The location was unbeatable, in the heart of Colaba. I like the airport pick-up service. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The room was pleasant enough but was lacking in some amenities. For example, there was no hair dryer in the room. The toiletries like the shampoo and soap were not of great quality. I expected more for the price. The hotel itself was like a maze and felt a bit claustrophobic.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal (früher Check In und zeitigeres Frühstück am Abreisetag)

Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet. Es muss beachtet werden, dass man keinen europäischen Standard erwarten kann.

l'emplacement était parfait

Cons:

la literie et les serviettes rugueuses,
le déjeuner ordinaire
on nous a donné la moins belle chambre même si on avait réservé plusieurs mois à l'avance.
aucune vue (cour arrière), aucune fenêtre ouvrante.
ils auraient avantage à repeindre les chambres surtout la salle de bain.
séchoir à cheveux désuet, prise de salle de bain ne fonctionne pas pour le séchoir.
