Me gustó todo el hotel, perfecto estancia en fez en familia. Ideal piscina, relax, descanso, vistas, habitaciones amplias y bien dotadas. Personal amable.

A perfect haven run by attentive staff and very clean
Pros:

This property I stayed two nights 14-16 Oct
It is very clean the rooms are big my bed was king size. There is a balcony with views towards the town and views of the pool
The pool is big and very clean and surrounded by grass and trees and very well kept
My room greeted me with bottles of water and a plate of fancy biscuits which was a nice touch
The staff are attentive and helpful . The manager is welcoming.
Food is presented very well and many choices for both breakfast and evening meal
The terrasses are perfect fir a pre dinner drink

This hotel is one of very few to have a swimming pool in fez and this pool is large well there’s two pools actually
All in all a very pristine outside and very clean rooms

Pros:

L accueil, le service du personnel.
Ravie de revoir Mme Hanane, qui ne m a pas oublié, car tjrs fidèle à cet établissement. Hôtel proche du centre commercial, du Mc Do.
Belle vue sur la médina ( voir photo).
Merci aussi, aux femmes de chambre ( Mme Hajar et Myriame) pour le gentillesse et pour le soin.
Je recommande vivement cet hôtel, le PDJ et le souper : large choix. Merci à Mme Souad et son personnel d' avoir pris soin de nous 💐

Mes enlla de la piscina, no val la pena pagar aquest hotel
Pros:

Piscina, situacio, aparcament, atencio del personal.

Cons:

Habitacions molt anticuades.
Esmorzar pèsim. Poc varist, de poca qualitat, croisants del dia abans, etc

Le petit déjeuner.
La douchette de la douche fonctionnait mal.
La chasse d'eau qui fuit.
Musique trop fort à la piscine l'après midi et
même la nuit jusqu'à 2h du matin. Impossible de faire une sieste ou de dormir la nuit avec le bruit pour les personnes sensibles.

Greedy and unfriendly
Pros:

Nice location and beautiful views from the balcony

Cons:

The room had no tea or coffee maker (but it was listed in the description on Booking.com). Telephone in the room did not work, so for any problem we had to go downstairs to reception -- but they did not help either. Room service available until 10 pm, there is no way to get tea after that time.
When we asked a guy at the reception to call a taxi, he refused and said that he will only call a local guide who will help us& the we said we do not need a guide, he suggested us to go out and find a taxi on our own. We did, but that sums up the unfriendliness of the place

From the Hotel Director to the staff, they treated us like royalty from the moment we arrived until our departure!

Pros:

The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure me and my family (wife, kids and parents) had an amazing stay. From the reception to restaurant and cleaning staff, everyone was lovely and genuinely friendly.
The hotel is beautifully set with lovely views, an amazing sun terrace where we enjoyed sitting in the morning and plan the day. Location wise we also found it a very easy 10-12mins walk to the Royal Palace and front there another 10 mins to the medina. Easy walk out and 6 mins taxi ride back in the evening, so a lovely and peaceful place to stay after a busy day visiting the medina. Lovely landscaped garden and swimming pools, and the kids lived roaming around. Amazing breakfast as well. Highly recommend! We extended our stay and stayed longer.

Great location but comfort hindered by technical issues and cleanliness problems
Pros:

1. The hotel staff is very friendly and is eager to help always.
2. Breakfast is great, lots of local options as well as fresh fruits and good coffee.
3. Great outdoor garden space and a pool.
4. Grocery shop is opposite to hotel, 2 restaurants within 2 mins walks. Pharmacy is 5 mins, McD is 5 mins and shopping mall is 10mins walk.

Cons:

1. The hotel lobby was almost never clean.
2. You can see people smoking in lobby and buds lying on the floor.
3. We had to change room access cards multiple times every day as access cards never worked properly.
4. The wifi was not working at all, despite technicians visit it could not work. Just because hotel was empty we were moved to a suite during last days of our stay where internet was better, but if hotel is full then you have no choice.

Pros:

Clean rooms, hotel overlooking a mountain view, location in city center, friendly staff

Cons:

Lack of amenities available in the rooms( no slippers, no bathroom kit..) weak/unavailable wifi signal, breakfast very basic.
