Nothing. However, for the amount paid, I necessarily do not expect any Luxury.

Cons:

The room size shown in the photos was misleading; in reality, the room was significantly smaller than depicted.
Although a private bathroom was indicated, it was not clearly stated that this bathroom is located outside the room, which should have been explicitly mentioned in the description.
The refrigerator in the room was excessively loud, making it very difficult to sleep properly during the night.
Additionally, construction or maintenance work took place early in the morning directly next to my door, with drilling and heavy noise from workers talking with no consideration for guests. This further disrupted my stay.
Overall, this accommodation was a poor choice, and I feel that the presentation on Booking.com was deceptive and did not accurately represent the actual conditions.

Sehr bequemes Bett, Badezimmer und Dusche makellos sauber Und sehr guter Kontakt mit dem Hotel bezüglich des späten Check-ins.Ich habe die Türcode-Informationen buchstäblich 5 Minuten nach meiner Anfrage für einen späten Check-in erhalten.Ich kann das Hotel allen Reisenden in dieser Gegend wärmstens empfehlen.

Solide Zwischenübernachtung
Pros:

Für eine kurze Zwischenübernachtung gut geeignet. Von außen wirkt die Unterkunft zunächst wenig einladend, innen sind die Zimmer jedoch modern eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer lag nach hinten raus und war angenehm ruhig. Besonders praktisch war das kontaktlose Einchecken, bei Bedarf war der Vermieter telefonisch erreichbar.

Cons:

In puncto Sauberkeit gibt es noch etwas Verbesserungspotenzial, im Kühlschrank befand sich noch Butter vom Vorgänger und im Schrank standen leere Schnapsflaschen. Zudem lief das Wasser in der Dusche schlecht ab, wodurch das Bad beim Duschen überflutet wurde. Auch der Zugang zum Gebäude wirkt wenig gesichert, da theoretisch jeder hinein- und hinausgehen kann, hier wäre eine bessere Zugangskontrolle wünschenswert.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung.

Cons:

Ein riesiger Lärm. Die Zimmertür war so gut wie nicht vorhanden. Man hörte jedes noch so leise Geräusch, darunter auch den Sensor der Lampe im Flur, der sich ein- und ausschaltete; die Autos auf der Straße schienen direkt am Bett vorbeizufahren, und vieles mehr.
