Pros:

The apartment was nice and comfortable. We stayed for a couple of nights, and they offered us a bigger apartment with natural light. The service was amazing. The internet connection was strong, but not very reliable — out of the 5 nights we stayed, it didn’t work for 2 nights. However, when the Wi-Fi was working, I was able to do video calls. The location is perfect if you use Grab or rent a motorbike. We rented one from the same hotel, and everything was fine.

Cons:

There is no division between the shower and the bathroom. I think this is normal in older buildings, so it wasn’t a big deal.

Pros:

Very good position on quite busy shopping/cafe/snack street, although you don't hear any noise inside, & yet just couple of minutes walking to Westlake & amazing cafes/restaurants all around the Islet (after the Hanoi club).
In the actual street outside are many bargains to be had both foodwise or otherwise, & young lady speaks very good English & some French as well as both ladies kind & managed my Laundry...my room was clean with fridge & kettle, towells & hot water as you need it

Pros:

The young helpful receptionist whose shift is in the morning thể last dày of Mỹ stay in the hotel

Cons:

No daily cleaning and changing beds, I asked the older receptionist in her afternoon shift and she told me they only clean the rooms at my request and I have to leave the key to the room.
No rules and guard in the night, some guests come back at 3.00am and started moving beds, furniture and walked around.
