Es war toll! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Pros:

Super Lage, mitten im Zentrum, tolles Ambiente, bestens ausgestattete Zimmer, aussergewöhnlich umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet, super freundliche Mitarbeiter in allen Bereichen.

Cons:

Für mich gibt es nichts zu kritisieren.

Breakfast is really good and diverse.The location is excellent, close to the river and the city center.

Cons:

the heating in the room didn’t work well, so it was cold throughout the entire stay. When we entered the room around 6 p.m., it was freezing. I think they could have turned the heating on in advance so it would at least be a bit warm.

Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig.

Cons:

Das gebuchte Zimmer roch stark nach Kanalisation. Nach Reklamation wurde uns eine Juniorsuite zur Verfügung gestellt. Hier wieder das altbekannte Problem wie bereits im letzten Jahr. Raumklimatisierung nur Kaltluft, keine Heizung. Auf mein Ersuchen schaltete sich der Operation Manager ein. Sehr freundlich. Nun folgte das 3. Zimmer, jetzt wieder ein Doppelzimmer. Anscheinend gibt es keine Suiten welche sich beheizten lassen. Wie auch immer in dem nun bezogenen Zimmer ging die Heizung.
Das Schlimme an der ganzen Sache ist, diese Problematiken sind der Geschäftsleitung seit langem bekannt. Es ist nicht der Ausnahmefall das die Klimatisierung nicht einwandfrei funktioniert und auch nicht das es in den Bädern aus der Kanalisation stinkt. Die Frage ist anscheinend nur wie viel es Stinkt und wie schlecht die Klimatisierung funktioniert.
Und das bei 4 Sternen, na vielen Dank.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Altstadt und war vor allem für unsere Ausflüge daher hervorragend gelegen. Die Anbindung mit dem Auto ist auch sehr gut.
Auf dem Zimmer bekommt man vom Atrium nichts mit, aber kann die Aussicht sehr genießen. Da wir mit Hund gereist sind haben wir uns sehr gefreut, dass das Hotel so hundefreundlich ist. Ein Bettchen, Näpfe, Decke, Handtücher und ein kleiner Snack wurden uns kurz nach dem Bezug des Zimmer gebracht.
Die Betten waren super bequem !
