I liked almost everything 😊.

First of all, the owner, Ganesh Anna, is a wonderful person—very humble, supportive, and always willing to help. Whether you need anything for cooking or assistance with anything else, he's always ready to help with a smile.

The location is also excellent, situated just behind Kotiteertha, making it peaceful and convenient to explore Gokarna.

Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay, and I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Gokarna.

Really wild and peaceful stay
Pros:

The stay was at an amazing location in the centre of the town.
More importantly the owner of the property Mr Gaanish bhai is really welcoming and helpful.
He arranged all the items we requested him. Would definitely come back to the same location for a workation.

Pros:

Has a fridge, although inly turned in when youre actually in the room

Cons:

Taxis won't go anywhere near due to slender paths and road.
Too far to walk to anywhere in the heat.
Too dangerous to rent a scooter for me.

Also, i left 2 nights early, I still paid for these nights , and the owner was knocking on my door at 13.30 to vacate. 2 days early

Amazin stay and full credit to GANESH
Pros:

Very good location, peaceful and the Ganesh is very helpful. the rooms are clean and facility is very well maintained.

Cons:

A bit far from the temple or beach and it's mostly safe but if you are alone then should think of it

Perfect stay in Gokarna! Highly recommended:)
Pros:

The place was everything we needed! It had a wonderful kitchen, the room was spacious and clean, and the area was very quiet and immersed in nature. The villa is also located just next to the village, which is perfect to reach everything also on foot:) We truly loved it! Also, the owner was absolutely accommodating and made sure we could do a check-in, also after our long travel, and helped us:) We would definitely come back when back in Gokarna!

super ruhige lage. netter vermieter. 10 minuten bis zum meer.

Cons:

die matratze in meinem zimmer war extrem schlecht. jede einzelne metallfeder drückte gegen den körper. nicht für bauchschläfer geeignet. ich glaube es war eher eine untermatratze. die matratze im nachbarzimmer war gut. der garten vor dem haus muss aufgeräumt werden. da liegt ziemlich viel müll.

Fantastic in every sense, a perfect abode for solo travelers and couples.
Pros:
