Instalação antiga precisa de reforma. Sem porta malas. Ficam no chão. Sou idosa e reclamei. Disseram que não tinha. No dua seguinte falei com uma funcionária que arranjou um móvel pequeno pra colocar 1 mala. Só que eramos tres hospedes e pagamos pelas três. Tbm teve um dia que chegamos da rua no fida tarde e nao tinham arrumado os quartos e o vaso sanitário estava entupido e avisamos logo cedo e mesmo assim não desentupiram até final da tarde quando reclamamos .

Estávamos em dois hóspedes foi encaminhada apenas uma toalha no quarto, não é fornecido sabonete em barras para banho, o SPA com serviço de massagem que fala no anúncio parecia desativado, as TVs são antigas e não funciona smart.
