O cofre estava trancado aberto e não consegui utilizar, também não questionei a equipe sobre isso. O chuveiro deixou um pouco a desejar, a água poderia ser mais forte, mas beleza. Poucas tomadas.

Precisa de uma revigorada!

O apto é amplo, café da manhã muito variado e de boa qualidade. Todo staff muito atencioso.

Cons:

Os aptos estão sem manutenção adequada, ar condicionado pinga muita água e forma poça d’água no chão. Secador de cabelo não funcionava muito bem, porém substituíram por um mais adequado. O quarto apresentava um pouco de cheiro de mofo. É minha 3ª vez nesse hotel e sinto que a qualidade geral está diminuindo pouco a pouco.

Toalhas de banho manchadas dão má impressão, o sabonete é líquido e não repuseram, chega tarde e cansada e não ter sabonete na pia é ruim...não ter tv smart e os itens citados acima não condizem com o valor da diária.

Amamos.nossa estadia no Wyndham.
Pros:

O quarto que ficamos era super aconchegante, cama, lençóis, edredons e travesseiros limpos e confortáveis. Café da manhã excelente e a localização do hotel muito boa, próximo de bons restaurantes, farmácias, lojas e outras comodidades. Funcionários muito atenciosos e prestativos. Nota 10!

Pros:

The room was very spacious and had an amazing view (we were floor 21) of the river and Paraguay. Nice variety for breakfast, although would be helpful for this to open a little earlier with everyone going on early starting trips!

Cons:

We were charged more than booking.com had advised (the extra was more significant to be due to exchange rates). The air con was leaking onto the bed and pillows were soaking. The hair dryer did not work (despite reporting this and the member of staff helping on the morning by letting me use one in another room) this was never fixed. We've stayed in many hotels during our travels in south America and the bed was the worst of the bunch by a mile. The pillows are pointless, so flimsy and bed rock hard that we both had bad backs the next day. There is a fridge in the room that sounds like its about to blow up too. Location wasn't great either, no local shops or restaurants near enough that it felt safe to walk to. Despite the room feeling great when first entering with the view and so much space, we were very disappointed.
