According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years old cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

lo staff e in particolare la direzione Phil sono stati strepitosi e molto di supporto. ottima colazione, bella camera ampia. posizione in centrissimo a piedi comoda per ovunque
l'albergo richiede negli spazi comuni ai piani un piccolo rinnovamento di design. Attenzione a NON PRENOTARE CON PAGAMENTO ANTICIPATO perche' la struttura di recente ha cambiato il sistema di regolamento ed e' possibile solo al desk. questo comporta che avendo pagato prima con carta al momento di check in richiedono nuovamente il pagamento e su booking esce un'annotazione che non si e' pagato perche' c'e un problema con la Carta di Credito (che sembra a carico del cliente quando in realtà e' un automatismo per consentire il pagamento in struttura). in questo caso per non conservare l'anomalia (che e' fittizia e non reale) abbiamo dovuto risolvere manualmente con booking e alla fine far cancellare dalla struttura la prenotazione altrimenti si risulta non solventi). Consiglio di far riallineare il processo di prenotazione con l'effettivo processo di pagamento accettato per evitare questo spiacevole inconveniente. senza il diretto PHIL saremmo stati nei guai. un caring veramente incredibile

A moça que recebe os hóspedes no café da manhã para anotar o apartamento tem um atendimento muito protocolar e sem qualquer cortesia. A máquina de café nos 2 dias apresentou falhas e estava bem suja.
