Insgesamt hat mir der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Ich würde das Hotel weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Die Ausstattung des Hotels war sehr gut. Man merkt sofort, dass es sich um ein gehobenes Hotel handelt. Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr komfortabel.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und das Zimmer war sauber.

Einziger Nachteil war, dass der Balkon meines Zimmers direkt neben den Klimaanlagen lag. Deshalb konnte ich die Balkontür nicht offen lassen. Bei geschlossener Tür war jedoch kein Lärm zu hören.

Im ersten Zimmer nahm ich einen leichten unangenehmen Geruch wahr. Nach meiner Reklamation wurde mir sofort ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Dafür vielen Dank.

Das Personal war zwar nicht besonders herzlich, arbeitete aber professionell und war jederzeit hilfsbereit.

Frühstück hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Alles war frisch und lecker. Besonders beeindruckend war der Frühstücksbereich auf der Dachterrasse. Mit dem wunderschönen Blick über Bursa zu frühstücken war ein echtes Highlight.

Cons:

Man merkt, dass es sich um ein gehobenes Hotel handelt. Gleichzeitig ist aber auch erkennbar, dass das Hotel bereits seit vielen Jahren in Betrieb ist. Die Teppiche waren sauber und von guter Qualität. Eine gelegentliche gründliche Reinigung würde den hochwertigen Eindruck jedoch noch besser unterstreichen.

Die Badezimmertür bestand aus Milchglas und ließ sich weder richtig schließen noch abschließen. Das empfand ich persönlich als etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, auch wenn manche Gäste diese Lösung vielleicht praktisch finden. Außerdem machte die Tür beim Schließen ein lautes Geräusch, wenn sie weiter geöffnet wurde. Das dürfte eine Kleinigkeit sein, die sich leicht beheben lässt.

Colazione fantastica buffet stile turco. Purtroppo sabato hanno messo la pomodori e cetrioli congelati. Non si riusciva a mangiare.
