Schlechteste Übernachtung, die ich hatte und musste 3 Tage vorher abreisen

- Bad (Duschbereich) mit Schimmelbefallen
- alte und vergammelte Einrichtung / Teppichboden
- sehr göre Geräuschpegel (man hört die Nachbarzimmer und umgekehrt, Badetür nicht schließbar, somit Geräusche durch undichtes Fenster sind im Zimmer
- obwohl Nichtraucherzimmer ist, stinkt der Flur und das Zimmer nach Zigarettenrauch.
Zigarettenbrandstelle am Bettlaken.
- billige Einrichtung und schlechte Bettdeckenbezug/Laken, weiches Bett

Pros:

The breakfast was good and occurred on the seventh floor of the hotel, with a view over the whole city.
The staff was overall nice and helpful.
I really liked that the elevator played relaxing music while you had to wait for the elevator.

Cons:

Our hotel room was exactly like in the pictures. In my opinion, the interior design of the hotel room was quite old-fashioned and could have been updated.
We needed to ask specifically for WiFi access data at the reception desk. The WiFi access data wasn't written down somewhere in the hotel room, and we also didn't receive it from the reception desk during our check-in.

Pros:

The personnel working in the hotel is extremely kind, helpful and professional. We originally made a mistake with our reservation and they worked with us to fix it, even upgraded our room!
The hotel is extremely clean and elegant and situated in a nice neighborhood - not far away from the bazaar.

Comfortable stay in Bursa
Pros:

The location was nice. The staff were pleasant and nice. Location is not far from the telepherique to go up Uludag and close to metro station. Easy to get around in. The beds were comfortable. Good place to stay in.

Cons:

Minor thing - there's a little bit of cigarette ash left on the dresser.
