Great place close enough to get to the whale sharks' area
Pros:

Right on the beach very affordable price the staff looked after us, great restaurant and all food tasted good, two pools, close enough to get to the whale sharks very happy with our stay here.

Can’t sleep well in the room because of the noises from the aircon.
Pros:

We like the swimming pool and the food.

Cons:

The aircon in our room was noisy that time when we stayed and we didn’t get enough sleep in the night because of that noise and 2 of the lights was broke and the water in the toilet sink in not that so strong and no help from the staff to fix the aircon, and didn’t get a new room instead.

Pros:

The staffs were helpful, especially when we had questions regarding breakfast. Just a suggestion, it would be better if the information about corkage and the fee itself can be posted so that other guests who might have plans in bringing in their own food could be aware, and what exemptions/specifics do they allow inside, like maybe baby food. The free breakfast was good too, including their their vegetable lumpia when we had our dinner there. Too bad they only had instant and brewed coffee though.

My family and I are not good swimmers so even if thereś no shoreline we could walk on during hightide, it still made the experience enjoyable because we have our own swimming gears and there were a lot of fishes nearby, the water was so clear, and they placed buoys of how far we can swim over.

Staffs were really accommodating and not rude.

Thank you for giving us rooms that are side by side for our big family.

Overall we had a very good experience with the accommodation and food. Would probably come back here.

Cons:

The lack of no "jumping" sign from the platform or deck. Children jumping from there were admonished by the staff but before that, my family and I had already witnessed some adults jumping from there and they were not called out for that. Or maybe the staff just didn't notice them up until those kids jumped. Just a suggestion, it would be better to put up a sign there for safety purposes so no one attempts to jump again.

Schöner Familienurlaub am Pool und mit Meerblick
Pros:

Wir haben mit der Familie 5 schöne Tage im Hotel verbracht. Das Personal war sehr serviceorientiert und immer freundlich. Die Pools waren angesichts der hohen Temperaturen eine tolle Erfrischung.

Cons:

Das Frühstück hätte ein wenig abwechslungsreicher sein können. Obst hat leider gefehlt. Auch sollte es möglich sein Kaffee und Juice zu bekommen statt wählen zu müssen. Das WLAN war sehr instabil und sollte dringend verbessert werden.
