適合自駕！享受溫泉！
Pros:

全室熱水都是溫泉水，不只飯店有溫泉區，還會給隔壁溫泉會館的免費入場券，設備多樣，是個耍廢專區，一進去就想睡覺，很慵懶！

地點偏僻！幽靜！

Pros:

The room that I booked was too small for my 2 friends and I. I asked to take a look at their bigger room and the staff were very helpful and patient and all the communication was done via goggle translate! Breakfast and onsen are nice. Rooms are clean and warm.

Cons:

If you are a group of 3 adults, I suggest getting 2 rooms. I orginally booked their Family Annex room and it was too small for 3 adults. We didn’t have space for our luggages after the futon was laid out. The hotel is also not near the city centre. You will need a car to get to the city centre or the castle.

温泉に入りに行ったのに、設備の故障とかで
温泉に入れなかった。
また、謝罪のことばも従業員からなかった。

가족여행에서 만족스러운 곳이었습니다. 재방문의사있음
Pros:

이 곳은 오래되긴했지만 아주 편안한 느낌을 주어 예민한 사람도 잠드는 것, 편하게 잠자는 것에 아주 만족할 수 있고, 온천을 즐기기에 엄청나게 좋지는 않지만 그래도 피로를 풀고 여유있게 목욕하기에 아주 좋았으며 길 건너에 스파 이용권을 주니 구마모토의 온천과 편안한 휴식을 즐기기에 매우 좋았습니다.

Cons:

좀 오래된 느낌은 당연한데 전자기기 (TV)같은것만이라도 좀 신형으로 바꾸어져있으면 그런 느낌이 확실히 덜할 것 같습니다. 화장실 수압도 좋고 다 좋은데 역시나 좀 오래된 느낌이 있긴하지만 지져분하거나 하지는 않아요

温泉好きには良いと思います。
Pros:

おとなりのあがんなっせの施設利用券を宿泊したら付けて下さるところは良いと思いました。

Cons:

お布団が薄くて硬く、暖房で部屋が乾燥して寝苦しかったです。

上記の良くなかった点を特にTV寸法改善されればまた宿泊したいと思います。
Pros:

広々とした室内で開放感があり満足しました、温泉施設もいくつかあり大変満足しました。

Cons:

室内液晶テレビが室内広さにミスマッチ、あまりに小さすぎます、アマゾンFireTV接続し洋画を視聴したかったのですが、字幕が細すぎ断念
それと、早朝からの入浴ができなかったことが残念でした。

総合的にはとてもいい印象でした。
Pros:

夕食、朝食とも、とても美味しかったです。特に夕食会場スタッフは皆さん親切でこちらの希望に迅速に対応いただきました。

Cons:

館内で使用の履物（草履）1足、女性用の裏が剥げていて使用不可でした。夕食会場スタッフに比べて、朝食会場のスタッフ（女性）の対応はあまり良くなかった。
