Great hotel with amazing staff!
Pros:

The staff were all so kind and helpful - couldn't recommend this hotel more, really enjoyed our stay and the room we had was super spacious too.

Cons:

Only bit I didn't love was that you had to choose a specific time slot for breakfast given the space restrictions they had downstairs, so means you are a little less flexible in the morning but the breakfast itself was delicious and didn't really have much of an impact

L'hotel è una piccola perla nel centro di Minorca, a due passi dai ristoranti, dalla piazza centrale e dal porto. Comodissima la posizione per raggiungere tutte le cale piu belle dell'isola. La camera pulita e curata in ogni dettaglio, lo staff semplicemente disponibile per qualsiasi domanda o richiesta, con menzione particolare verso la receptionist Tina. Lei ci ha aiutato a prenotare i migliori ristoranti e ci ha indicato i posti di maggior interesse a Minorca. Semplicemente fantastico!

Maravillosa experiencia
Pros:

El desayuno era espectacular, con productos locales y todo de muy buena calidad. La atención de Sole y todo el personal fue excelente, muy preocupados y amables.

Cons:

Nos costó un poco encontrar el alojamiento, ya que no se puede llegar en auto y debes caminar un par de calles, todas bastante parecidas.

O hotel boutique que tornou a nossa experiência de Menorca ainda melhor!

Tudo! Um hotel muito charmoso, cheio de personalidade. Quarto bonito e muito confortável e silencioso. A pressão da água do duche era ótima. Iluminação adequada. Localizado na Ciutadella, onde tudo acontece! O melhor sítio para ficar em Menorca, evitando as urbanizações das famosas praias. O staff do hotel é cinco estrelas! Todas as senhoras do staff com quem nos cruzámos foram incrivelmente prestáveis e genuinamente simpáticas! O pequeno-almoço… meu deus, que maravilha! Não havia nada que não fosse delicioso! Desde ao pão tradicional ao queijo de Menorca, passando pelo iogurte produzido na ilha e os doces típicos menorquinos…! Só de relembrar já me dá água na boca! Obrigado por tudo!

A pousada é super charmosa, bem localizada e a área comum é ótima! O quarto é charmoso e a limpeza boa. Recepcionistas extremamente simpáticas!
