Perfect pretty hotel with staff that care in the heart of the old town.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good with various cooked eggs on request. Good selection of Spanish sweet and savoury foods, fresh juice and coffee.

Pros:

El personal y el hotel en general una maravilla, amabilidad infinita de Julia, como recepcionista. La decoración, el olor del hotel. En cuanto al desayuno, no pudimos disfrutar de él en el hotel, debido a cambios en nuestro trayecto de vuelta a Palma desde Maó, pero las chicas nos preparararon un picnic para llevar. La habitación y las intalaciones inmejorables, el estilo súper cuidado al detalle. No encantó la ideal del honesty bar.

Cons:

Lo único que falló para nosotros fue el tiempo atmosférico. Tuvimos temporal de lluvia, pero aún así disfrutamos mucho de la experiencia y de la preciosa Ciutadella. Además, el hotel nos aconsejó y nos dejó paraguas cómodos y personalizados.

Hôtel très bien situé, équipements et prestations de qualité. Chambre et personnel très agréables.
Nous sommes tombés sous le charme de Ciutadella et ses habitants !

Carinissimo e raffinato
Pros:

Albergo carinissimo nel centro di Ciutadella!
Il parcheggio si trova ad 8 minuti a piedi ma alla fine non è stato tanto scomodo.
Essendo un ex pasticceria la colazione è davvero buonissima e lo staff gentilissimo.
Ci hanno accolto calorosamente sin da subito e coccolato con dolcini appena arrivati.
La camera molto raffinata e pulita

Preciosa recuperación de un edificio antiguo con un diseño muy bonito y cómodas estancias. El personal muy atento.

El desayuno fue excelente pero considero exagerado por la variedad y cantidad. Podría ser más sencillo por el número de huéspedes.
