Pros:

Very good for location for commuting and all amenities.
Staff were very pleasant

Cons:

Hot water system. It should be on all the time and not having to call reception to turn the system on.

More choice/variety of cereals and fruit
Please remove any cracked dishes.

The immense noise in evenings as party’s were catered for almost each day in the evening and the noise of people slamming and banging doors . Which made it very difficult to get to sleep . And it went on till the early hours of the morn8 g

This was the 3rd time Iv stayed at the Poonam .first 2 times was good no complaints but this

The massive loud noise in the evenings .when party’s are going on .i booked to relax and enjoy my stay in peace ! But the loud noise of people screaming shouting at the top of their voices and slamming doors till the early hours of the morning was a very big disappointment.party halls shud b out of the building where travelling customers stay .so they can relax ! .

Cons:

I was really disappointed with my recent stay. The room smelled and felt damp, and the bedding was marked. The bathroom was dirty, and several sockets weren’t working. I only stayed one night instead of the full week I had planned because I felt uncomfortable and unclean in the room. I’ve stayed here before and had a much better experience, so this was very disappointing.

Pros:

This hotel used to be very good..but it seems every time we go, it keeps coming down in terms the property

AC are issues all the time, property needs proper maintenance and upgrading for what is charged

The restaurant is exceptionally highly priced

Staff are helpful but limited what they can do...similar hotels nearby offer a lot more for less priced to be honest

Thanks and appreciate all the staff Inc cleaners

Cons:

Rooms, AC all needs upgrading and maintenance should be improved, restaurant food charges etc

Room didn't have curtain lining and were exposed to outsiders...this is not right
