Душ очень слабый , вайфай вырубали не коротко раз мы даже писали жалобу на букинг потом включили новую сеть

Завтраки были не плохие , но панкейки слишком сладкие

Cons:

Бассейн грязный даже после уборки мутный , ощущение что отелем управляют дети , при выезде обвинили в том что мы не оплатили байк за 3 дня , но мы оплачивали каждый день по 150.000 разным сотрудникам , видимо они клали их себе в карман . Мебель уставшая сильно .

Me desperté con una cucaracha andándome por el brazo, del lavabo no salía apenas agua, y los vecinos nos dijeron que había una rata en su habitación. Nos esperábamos más porque el precio era más elevado que otros hoteles

Pros:

Lo amabilidad de todo el personal y que nos dieron agua ya que la isla en general estaba teniendo problemas con el suministro de agua. La cama era muy cómoda y está muy cerca del paseo para ver el sunset. Había un gatito precioso en la entrada del hotel.

Cons:

La ventana del baño estaba abierta y no la podíamos cerrar por lo que entraban bichos muy fácilmente.

The most beautiful place in Gili T!!
Pros:

A beautiful villa where you can truly relax in peace and tranquility. It is just a short walk from the seafront and close to the island’s most beautiful beaches. You can also rent bicycles and/or electric scooters from them, making it easy to explore the island in just a few minutes.

The Sun Resort team is made up of wonderful people: cheerful, kind, and always helpful. When we left for Bali, our daughter accidentally forgot a doll she cared about very much at the villa. They were incredible—they sent the doll to Bali, and the very next day our daughter had it back with her.

Cons:

Everything was perfect.

Mitarbeiter Top, Zimmer mit ungebetenen Gäste
Pros:

Die Mitatbeiter waren sehr freundlich und herzlich, und auch bei allen Problemen die wir hatten, haben sie immer schnell und verständnisvoll reagiert.

Cons:

Leider ist das Zimmer ziemlich runtergekommen. Wir hatten mehrere male Kakalaken im Badezimmer sowie Würmer. Der Besitzer sollte allenfalls die Zimmer renovieren oder im Badezimmer das Fenster dicht machen weil da kommen glaube ich die ganzen Tiere rein. Auch hat die Dusche kein Druck drauf sodass man als Frau praktisch nicht die Haare waschen kann.
