Important information:

The property features paid access to a thermal station at 200 MAD. The thermal station is open from Sunday until Thursday from 9 am to 6.30 pm and from Friday until Saturday from 9 am to 9.30 pm.
Children under 18 years old are not allowed inside the station but can benefit from spa treatments.
The thermal pool for women is closed, only one thermal pool for both men and women is open.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Dans l’ensemble, mon expérience a été très positive. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir.
Pros:

J’ai passé un excellent séjour. La chambre était magnifique, très confortable et propre. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent, tout comme le déjeuner : les plats étaient variés et préparés avec des produits frais.

Je tiens à remercier chaleureusement toute l’équipe de la réception pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et son professionnalisme, en particulier Imade et Abdellah, qui ont été très à l’écoute tout au long de mon séjour.

L’hôtel est d’une propreté irréprochable et offre un cadre très calme et reposant. La piscine thermale est tout simplement magnifique.

Cons:

Quelques points pourraient toutefois être améliorés : la salle de sport n’était pas climatisée et j’aurais préféré être accompagnée par une coach femme plutôt qu’un coach homme. Par ailleurs, il serait appréciable de proposer des promotions sur les prestations du spa, notamment pendant la période estivale, ainsi que des offres adaptées aux familles.

Fantastisch verblijf met uitstekende service, een heerlijke spa en een topmedewerker zoals Mehdi.
Pros:

Mehdi heeft mij heel goed geholpen bij het inchecken. Hij was ontzettend vriendelijk, professioneel en gaf uitstekende service. Hij weet precies hoe hij gasten op hun gemak moet stellen en denkt echt met je mee. Echt een topper! Daarnaast was de spa heerlijk: alles was netjes, schoon en goed verzorgd. Ik heb enorm genoten van mijn verblijf.

Eigenlijk niets. Alles was goed geregeld en ik heb geen negatieve punten ervaren.
