Important information:

The property features paid access to a thermal station at 200 MAD. The thermal station is open from Sunday until Thursday from 9 am to 6.30 pm and from Friday until Saturday from 9 am to 9.30 pm.
Children under 18 years old are not allowed inside the station but can benefit from spa treatments.
The thermal pool for women is closed, only one thermal pool for both men and women is open.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

En general es un buen hotel, cómodo, limpio y el personal es muy amable.
Pros:

Lo que más me ha gustado mucho son las aguas termales de Moulay Yacoub, la comida y la limpieza del hotel.

Cons:

La piscina exterior le falta un poco más de limpieza.
En la tarifa de Booking no está incluido el acceso a las aguas termales.

Manque de signalisation à l arrivé au parking j ai du faire le tour dehors avec les valises pour joindre l entré l agent de sécurité a l entré du spa m a bloqué a l entré pour me dire de faire le tour d l hôtel dehors accompagné de ma mère une femme âgé c été pas évident d après lui c est les consigne du MR le directeur

Relaxing weekend
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay. The man at the front desk the night we arrived was super helpful and very kind. He made us feel welcome from the first moment. The room was good and comfortable, and the view was really nice. The food was also awesome and very tasty.

Cons:

The only small downsides were that beverages at dinner were not included and had to be paid extra. The women’s spa area felt a little rusty and could use some maintenance. Also, the kettle in the room splashes water when boiling, which can be a bit inconvenient.
Overall, even though we stayed for just one night, the stay was super good and we had a great experience
