Important information:

The property features paid access to a thermal station at 200 MAD. The thermal station is open from Sunday until Thursday from 9 am to 6.30 pm and from Friday until Saturday from 9 am to 9.30 pm.
Children under 18 years old are not allowed inside the station but can benefit from spa treatments.
The thermal pool for women is closed, only one thermal pool for both men and women is open.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à l’hôtel Vichy Moulay Yacoub. L’accueil est chaleureux, le personnel est agréable et le service est à la hauteur. Une expérience très satisfaisante que je recommande sans hésiter.

Mention spéciale à Ismail, qui a assuré un service au top ! Professionnel, attentionné et toujours disponible, il a vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Un grand merci à lui et à toute l’équipe ! 😉

Bon séjour, malgré quelques petits problèmes avec les chambres, qui ont été réglés rapidement.
L’accueil était super sympa, et Leïla, au restaurant, est vraiment un amour. ❤️

Tarifs restaurant honteux!
Pros:

L emplacement de l hotel l accueil du personnel et l espace spa.

Cons:

Le restaurant et les tarifs appliqués c est inadmissible de payer une bouteille d eau 50dh!!??
L ensemble des tarifs est bien supérieur à la moyenne dans pour ce type d hôtel.
Du coup nous n avons rien consommé sur place et c est bien dommage.....
