Important information:

The property features paid access to a thermal station at 200 MAD. The thermal station is open from Sunday until Thursday from 9 am to 6.30 pm and from Friday until Saturday from 9 am to 9.30 pm.
Children under 18 years old are not allowed inside the station but can benefit from spa treatments.
The thermal pool for women is closed, only one thermal pool for both men and women is open.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The thermal pool is amazing, clean, and neat, and not crowded. I feel relieved, especially after having the spa session with amazing spa specialists for massage, Filali Fatima Zhra, and for the Moroccan hamam, Majda Mrabet.

Cons:

Thermal pool with extra charge, which shouldn't be, because i approach this destination for this purpose; accordingly, it should be included in the room reservation cost. I also have no privileges as a hotel guest. The spa price list is the same for everyone: the outsiders and the hotel guests.
