Please be advised, starting on 17th May 2024 until 31st July 2024, the next phase of maintenance and renovation works will be carried out in certain rooms on level 1 of Telang Usan Hotel. These renovations and maintenance works are necessary and will allow our valued guests a much more enjoyable stay at Telang Usan Hotel in future. During the renovation period, work will commence from 08:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs. As a result, there will be some construction noise during this period. However, we will do our best to keep the noise to a minimum. We apologize for any inconvenience it may cause and your understanding is much appreciated.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Water heater too slow 😞,not heating very bad
The staff are super good. Excellent food. Room is cosy. The rates is the best. Very affordable. For it's class, it is a good hotel.
Some furniture ( like chairs & sofa) may need refurbishing.

Overall good. I love the clean bedsheets. Most stays I had have dust all over their bedsheets. But at Telang Usan, it was clean. I would give it a 10.
