The choice in pools
N/a
Went with my family including a 7 year old kid. Rooms were totally fine with comfortable beds and it was nice to have a little kitchen area. The pools were a good array of temperatures for whatever fit our needs and were super relaxing. We will be back.
The provided breakfast was actually a voucher to another hotel's breakfast that didn't open until 9 and was way overpriced. One breakfast for the three of us was more than the 2 day allotment. I can't recall if this was optional or not, but we will opt out again.
The surprise wasto learn that in the day of departure ,you can't use the pools over the departure time (11 am) unless you pay additional $50 for each persom.
Quiet , clean faciliy . Friendly staff.
The pools are wonderful but the rooms could definitely be upgraded.
When you book with “breakfast included” they don’t tell you what that really means. It’s a $40 voucher to a hotel about for minutes away where meals start at $22. We booked a double room for a family of four and the voucher didn’t w en cover half.
The pools are great and open late. The room has a kitchenette. The staff are helpful. The huge outdoor hot tub is a favorite. The middle pool is nice and warm. The large pool is not heated. They have an outdoor fireplace that is lit at night next to the pools. It's fun to sit by the fireplace after swimming. The guests are always friendly.
They no longer offer their long-time promotion of "pay two nights, get the third night free."
Last year we had just unpacked our bags upon arrival when the front desk called to say in a nasty tone we were checking out too late and we had to leave. She would not believe me when I told her we were staying for three days and just arrived. Finally, I went to the front desk and the person who called me refused to talk to me and just stayed on a phone call. I finally showed my reservation confirmation to other staff. They said, "whoops, mistake." They acted like this was no big deal. My 98-year-old mother who was with me was very upset. No real apology was given to us. As loyal customers, I feel we were treated badly. This was the first and only time this happened.
We like that the hot spring pool were open until 11 pm and the hottest pool was reserved for adults. Also plenty of towels were available at poolside.
I would have been nice to have a wine bar or bar in the hotel.
Loved the mug bath and the mineral Springs and just resting the staff everything about it was perfect
