Not the best of experiences.
Pros:

The building and decorations. A comfortable bed.

Cons:

Many things: 1) Our key cards stopped working frequently. We had them reprogrammed at least 12 times during a 4 night stay. 2) They have nice sauna and steam baths, but you need to call a staff member to turn them on. Unfortunately they are never at the desk and when we called them we gave up after waiting 30 minutes. 3) They have a nice room service menu. But minutes after they take your order they call you telling you that what you ordered is not available. 4) At the restaurant they push the buffet dinner. If you don't want the buffet, a la carte order can take 50 minutes to show up, even though the restaurant is never more than 10% full. 5) I decided to take the stairs down to the lobby from the second floor, which were clearly marked as an "exit". Once in the stairway I couldn't get out! Doors locked. I had to bang on the door for several minutes until someone heard me. This was a serious safety issue so I talked to the "security manager", who apologized and said the he was going to fix it. I never tested the fix. 6) The military ships that dock in the port frequently send by bus their crews on leave. Sometimes just for the day, sometimes for a couple of days. The com by bus and flood completely the one and only lobby area, staying there all day long on their phones. Others flood the pool and the gym. In the 4 days we were their we had Korean, Dutch and Italisn crews hanging around all day, which limited drastically the options to seat in the lobby. 7) The restaurant does not serve alcohol. While understandable, it is not clearly stated anywhere, or perhaps we missed it.

Pros:

La piscina es la única de yibuti que el agua es fría, eso tiene un plus y se agradece con el calor. La habitación es bastante grande, la cama muy cómoda y confortable, todo estaba muy limpio. El bufet muy completo tanto en el desayuno como en la cena.
Buenas instalaciones en el gimnasio, muchas máquinas y nuevas.
