Comfortable Stay, But Falls Short of 4-Star Expectations
Pros:

I stayed at the Radisson Blu Jeddah Plaza and found it to be an average experience. I wouldn't rate it as a true 4-star hotel, but it's definitely better than a typical 3-star property.

One of my biggest disappointments was that Booking.com advertised the hotel as having a spa and massage centre. Unfortunately, I was told these facilities have been closed for over a year, yet they are still listed online. This was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel, so it was frustrating.

The rooms are also quite outdated and could definitely benefit from refurbishment. They are clean enough, but they don't reflect the standard you'd expect from a 4-star hotel. The shower pressure was mediocre. It was usable, but I expected much better from a hotel of this standard.

Another surprise was that there were no weighing scales anywhere in the hotel. I was informed that Radisson Blu has changed its policy and no longer provides them. Considering many guests are international travellers with airline baggage weight limits, this seems like an unnecessary inconvenience.

The front desk staff were polite and efficient, although quite matter-of-fact. On the other hand, the rest of the hotel staff were superb—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made a positive difference to the stay.

Breakfast was decent but fairly limited. If you're expecting a full continental breakfast with a wide variety of options, you may be disappointed.

Overall, the hotel is comfortable enough, but the outdated rooms, inaccurate information about its facilities, the lack of some basic traveller conveniences, and the limited breakfast make it difficult to recommend as a genuine 4-star experience.
