Pros:

The breakfast was good.

Cons:

Before coming to the hotel, i sent a message making some requests. It was unfortunately not fulfilled which was disappointing. Also, i reported a defective shower in my room that took multiple notifications to finally get addressed.

I am happy that i was called and i appreciated that but want to see if the hotel can do something better for me for the future.
