Accessibility spacious
The food was not up to expectations really bad experience
Loved the location, as it’s set in lovely grounds & backs out onto a beach where you can see young island.
The staff go above and beyond and are so kind, friendly & helpful.
We had two rooms one with a view of the pool area which was lovely and bright, very clean and pleasant.
The other room we had booked was located on the lower ground floor, & was quite dark inside as it had no main light on the ceiling just 3 lamps in the room, which is not enough to provide proper lighting.
This room also had a damp smell even though the aircon was on most of the time.
The other thing that could be changed is that the room doors need a seal at the bottom as things can get in easily under the door.

Friendly and nice staff. Entire ambiance of the hotel was excellent.
There wasn’t a microwave therefore that lead to some inconvenience
I ended up here after my other accommodation didn't work out because of electrical issues.
I ended up checking in a bit late, which was fine.
Overall this place is fine, nothing extraordinary, but good for a few nights stay. Staff were overall friendly and kind.

The breakfast "buffet" was not the best, limited options and only one trip to the buffet. Also, sitting our stay it was never ready on time

Friendly, helpful staff; large, clean, well maintained room; located not too far from a number of restaurants and a supermarket; great pool and easy access to the beach; air conditioner worked really well in my room; the bed was super comfortable
The water pressure in my shower was terrible; it took almost an hour to get my meal from the hotel restaurant which has very slow service and is definitely overpriced; wifi was a little spotty
The location is very good close to town. The food were nice and tasty though not always well presented. The room was spacious enough with inside facilities . The room need a blackout curtain as too much light when sleeping. The receptionist were ok but can’t always help you out with your request .
For breakfast even paid in advance on your rate you were limited to what you can have especially fruits not included in paid breakfast after refusing to pay we got for 2 days remaining days we were told no fruit when they have big mangoes tree in the garden full with mango nut nobody cares. Service in restaurant very slow . Wrong orders sometimes and they got annoyed if you told them.
Price matches the hotel. Room was clean, bartenders were nice in the restaurant, water pressure was good in shower, hot water worked great, drinks were strong, played good music during afternoon hours. Had good cable. Hotel right on the beach & in the mix of the people. Great location.

Very close to the beach and had a pool for my children. It also had fruit trees and pets. The view was also amazing.
