Great price, all the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very big, clean and had powerful air-conditioning. The bed was big and comfortable. Excellent location. A varied breakfast and great food. The room was cleaned every day. Large balcony. All amenities in the room, fridge, tea and coffee, iron, ironing board and hair dryer.
The bathroom, no where to hang towels after use. Loud bathroom ventilation fan. No where to hang wet swim wear on the balcony. There was no light in the main part of the room, had to use bedside lamps and a floor lamp.
Great location with great staff who were welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious!
We were unlucky as the air conditioning unit in our room didn’t work properly. The beds were also a little too soft for my liking.
Tea making facilities and the room was nice enough. Good WIFI and TV.

The slide door windows needed a good shine, all smudged up.
Absolutely no water pressure and the shower head is tiny, I mean NO PRESSURE - this was extremely disappointing.
The staff were nice and the food excellent. Loved the location, close enough to shopping areas, and easy to get to and from Young Island.
The rooms were too small for 4 persons and it didn’t have live entertainment. Lol

Breakfast was included in my fare and it was generous. The best of all in the location. Best view of the ocean and board walk was also a feature to go around without having to leave the hotel.
Maybe an upgrade to the bathroom, but it made no big difference compensated with the spacious two queen beds and view. The room was cleaned daily and the staff very cordial and helpful. The beds are very comfortable and many pillows.
Location and price of the hotel are very good. Breakfast was fast and reasonably priced. The bed was super comfortable and room was very clean. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Sun loungers are in great locations with great views! Laundry was reasonable and very fast!
The shower was in need of a little maintenance but the pressure and temperature were good.
Staff were very helpful. After the first night, they gave us a room with the pool view. This gave us easy access to the pool. The location was perfect for the access to the beach. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to friends and family. Yes we would book it again.

Loved the location, as it’s set in lovely grounds & backs out onto a beach where you can see young island.
The staff go above and beyond and are so kind, friendly & helpful.
We had two rooms one with a view of the pool area which was lovely and bright, very clean and pleasant.
The other room we had booked was located on the lower ground floor, & was quite dark inside as it had no main light on the ceiling just 3 lamps in the room, which is not enough to provide proper lighting.
This room also had a damp smell even though the aircon was on most of the time.
The other thing that could be changed is that the room doors need a seal at the bottom as things can get in easily under the door.
