I liked the staff - the cleaning staff was kind and accommodating. The beds were good and the shower had great pression. I like the inside facilities: beautiful scenery.
The rooms towards the streets are extremely loud. There's a lot of traffic all the time. I was disappointed to see the look and size of these rooms as compared to the ones across the hall with the balcony, overlooking the garden, asked to change but they were none available. I wished I had seen that in the photos.
The service at breakfast was super slow, I really wished we would be able to serve ourselves - at the very least for coffee, water (breakfast was almost ouvert but the time we got these) - did not find it with the price at all. I would recommend others to eat at la FINCA a 5min walk where their breakfast buffet and service is amazing for a lot cheaper ;)
