La alberca esta muy bien! La habitación estaba limpia.
Reserve una habitacion familiar, para 3 personas
Con una cama extra grande y una cama matrimonial con vistas al jardín. Pague por adelantado desde que hice la reserva cien. Cuando llegue a hacer mi check in me dieron una habitación doble. Cuando fui a reclamar me dijeron que solo tenían una habitación familiar pero sin vista al jardín. Que lo demas estaba ocupado. No me reembolsaron nada, no me solucionaron nada. Hablé a Booking y me dijeron que el alojamiento no les respondía el teléfono. Pero que tendrían que ponerse en contacto conmigo por mail para tratar de compensarme. No se comunicaron conmigo... No veo el caso de reservar con tiempo y pagar po adelantado si no te dan por lo que ya pagaste. Y booking se lavo las manos prácticamente me dijo arreglalo con el alojamiento.
