The staff were lovely, however I will seek alternative accommodation next time.
Pros:

It was close to the airport and the hotel provided a very good pickup service - a transit van that fitted all our luggage including a surfboard.

Cons:

The bathroom was dirty…black hair clogging the shower. Wash basin and taps not clean. Dirty glasses.
We stayed during Ramadan therefore the restaurant was not open for breakfast and no alternatives provided. Eventually managed to find some food at the airport.

Cheap and horrible
Pros:

Price, staff, bed , room.

Cons:

Breakfast was Indonesian food which i was expecting, the food was cold, not fresh, it was disgusting, horrible, un eatable, i thought i was going to vomit. The dinner was worse . The odour in the lift was like somebody had vomited in the lift and they where tring to cover it with a super strong perfume, again I was dry reaching...couldn't breathe. No hot water in the shower, no screen , water went all the floor and clothes.

Great overnight stay close to the airport
Pros:

Great hotel for the airport- 5mins in the free transport that the hotel offers. It was clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly. Not much else around, but the hotel offers room service and there is a restaurant attached to the hotel for evening meals.

Quiet clean hotel near airport
Pros:

It was well located for the airport - 5 mins in a car . It was also the quietest hotel I’ve slept in in Sumatra !!

Staff communication was difficult, Could not organise us a driver or Taxi to find Dinner.
