Cons:

Hätte etwas sauberer sein können und der Teppich muss dringen gereinigt werden. Ansonsten leichte Abnutzungen an den Wänden zu sehen.

Milan est magique, l'accès à l'appartement moins....
Pros:

Appartement confortable dans un quartier vivant (restaurants, magasins) et près du métro ce qui fait que le centre ville de Milan était facile d'accès

Cons:

Des grosses difficultés pour accéder à l'appartement et au parking malgré les indications et les photos.
De plus, il nous a fallu remplir une procédure d'inscription particulière sur le site des gestionnaires, le tout en anglais et avant de pouvoir avoir les codes.
Il doit également y avoir des problèmes d'humidité car le couloir sentait très mauvais, mais pas l'appartement qui lui est très bien.

Prljavo, puno vlage, smrdi, posteljina za pomocni lezaj nedostupna, bez obzira sto smo naveli u prijavi i platili app za 3 osobe.
Cekanje na ulazu oko sat vremena jer sifre nisu prolazile.Tek nakon sat vremena su se javili sa izjavim da su promjenili sifre, ali zaboravili javiti.
Ne oznaceni ulaz, bez navedenog u opisu da se rasi o suterenu.
Bez kuhala za vodu koje nam je bilo potrebno za prokuhavanje vode za bebu.Indukcija koja ne radi, …mogla bi nabrajati u nedogled

Pros:

The large windows allow sunlight throughout the day, even though the apartment is located halfway between a basement and a ground floor. The room was clean. The metro station is right next to the house, which is very convenient. We had a great stay.

Milano da dimenticare
Cons:

Veramente pessima esperienza. L'appartamento è stato ricavato dalle cantine di un vecchio stabile di Milano: estremamente umido e pieno di zanzare, luce solare solo dalle bocche di lupo. Essendo nelle cantine i cellulari non prendono e wi-fi non funzionante.
L'inquilino del piano di sopra fa casino dalle 8 del mattino alle 11 di sera.
Zero capacità di risolvere i problemi (vedi Wi-Fi) e svegliato il giorno prima del check-out dicendomi di lasciare l'appartamento in quanto lo staff delle pulizie era già fuori dalla porta.
