Que le personnel vole mes bijoux dans ma chambre et que malger les video lhotel ne veux rien enttendre
Location, easy walks to the surrounding attractions, good restaurants, night-life and generally within the pick up zones for tours such as the killing fields, boat trips etc.
The air con worked but had a continuous drip which had to be managed otherwise you were left with a big puddle.
The shower water volume was pretty non existent but enough to wash
The toilet broke (handle - held together with hopes and dreams) when we arrived, we reported it, to which they attended to "fix". Then charged me for the replacement handle in my room, they said it was my fault. the fix then didnt work properly. Albeit, only a $2 charge, i paid. Had it have been a bit more substantial....I wouldnt have paid and would have had a proble. By the concierges adamant behaviour.
The staff is very helpful and polite. The room is clean and well taken care of. The locations of the hotel couldn't be better. In immediate vicinity to the riverside, bars and restaurants

Gorgeous big room, safe lockable foyer downstairs, excellent staff, great value for money. The balcony was lovely to sit on in the morning and evening.
The best day was I woke up early, swung open my door and there was this beautiful large bird on the balcony!! What an amazing site!
The noise!!NOT the hotels fault though, the hotel is situated very central. Take ear plugs as it’s sooo noisy all night.
BE AWARE it’s surrounded by brothels-and the men they attract. LOTS of drug addict walking around offering you things to buy, and mentally unwell/homeless people. I wouldn’t take my young kids there, but each to their own-it is PP riverside after all!
Be aware it’s 4 sets of stairs with no lift, like most in PP.
I highly recommend the Sun Chakra as a place to stay in Phnom Penh
