The location
The room wasn't ready and we have to wait. When we get inside, the toilet was very smelly. Pillow cases were smelly and we have to ask them to change because it looks like they didn't change the pillow case. Bedsheet has a bloodstain also the wall is dirty. We have wifi vouchers but the internet was not working. We stayed 3 days and 2 nights but still no internet. The TV is all snowy in picture. Very unhappy and unsatisfied but we paid the bookings before we get to see the room and it's non refundable. Bad experience.
