The staff who showed me to the room was not at all friendly or professional, he was kind of rude. I asked for a heater or a blower, he rudely said it's not cold. The temperature was 1 degree that night.

I had a terrible experience at Hotel Ruby
Pros:

I had a terrible experience at Hotel Ruby. The staff, including the owner, were extremely rude and unprofessional. We asked for towels, and it took them over 2 hours to provide them! The basic requirement of water was also missing. We booked this hotel to freshen up, but the lack of basic amenities and poor service ruined our stay. Definitely the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel. Not recommended at all!"

Pros:

The guy was so nice. Was so cold for me. I was sick and he gave me an electric blanket. He also helped me with the food as I needed.
