Não ter acesso ao mar. Quartos antigos, com papel de parede soltando, limpeza ruim (quando entrei no quarto tinha um prendedor de cabelo do outro hóspede no banheiro. Abajur mofado.

A vista do hotel é espetacular, é literalmente abrir os olhos e se sentir de férias, hahaha! O café da manhã irretocável, várias opções, desde o regional ao mais tradicional, variedade de doces, frutas, saladas, sucos e até champanhe para quem já quer começar o dia naquele mood kkk, todas as preparações muito bem feitas, acho que foi o que mais surpreendeu

Cons:

O horário do check in e check out segue sendo uma dor, chegamos às 05 da manhã e precisei pegar uma diária extra para conseguir entrar no quarto

Café da manhã maravilhoso e restaurante com bons pratos e preço justo.

Cons:

A piscina é extremamente desanimada (mesmo num fds de janeiro), o bar (da piscina) estava fechado e não possuía garçon disponível pra servir os hóspedes. Para consumir algo, tem que subir para pegar no bar anexo ao restaurante. Em que pese ser um hotel beira-mar, não dá para tomar banho, pois tem muitas pedras.

Café da manhã maravilhoso e funcionários acolhedores. A vista do mar é linda, o local é silencioso, excelente para ler um livro curtindo a brisa e o som do mar.

O banho de chuveiro deixa a desejar, a água é fria, não esquenta quase nada.

Instalação nova, quarto bem decorado, confortável, ficamos de frente para o mar… uma experiência fantástica.
Todos os funcionários super educados e gentis.
Meu filho autista tem algumas limitações e todos super atenciosos.
O café da manhã é um ponto alto, gastronomia perfeita e super diversificado e tudo delicioso.
A equipe do restaurante impecável, tanto cozinha quanto garçons.
Acho que o nome é Ednalva, de uma educação, eficiente, gentil e faz a diferença.

Cons:

Só o elevador que estava em manutenção, mas nada a desabonar os funcionários foram atenciosos, o rapaz do checkin fez questão de subir com as malas.
