Pros:

Very good food board, something new appeared daily (tho they should really change the meat chef), very nice Spanish restaurant experience. Friendly staff. Huge bed, very nice firm mattress, many different pillows.
Outside toilets are very clean and well maintained. Inside pool and a steam room are nice and always empty.
3 floor seaview is more like a palms view. Gorgeous spacious shower with all these nice smelling washing liquids.
Huge parking, 2 shops nearby. Access to beach is fast and easy.

Cons:

Cleaning ladies are something special. Went into our room while we were in or while we were having breakfast. Charged us for something they thought they saw missing in a minibar. They come again in the evening to change the towels knocking on a door. Why not do it in the morning while cleaning?

Why doesnt staff do anything about residents booking a sunbed with a towel? It is impossible to find a sunbed, all are occupied by those who wake up at 6am specially to make a towel reservation.
They also dont do anything with smokers not in a smoking zone.

Outside pools were quite cold, tho it says they were supposed to be heated. Infinity pool is ice cold.

I didnt like the idea of paying 3 euro for water in the evening. Too expensive. The same water in the morning is for free. Weird.

It was our first experience going to "all inclusive" and I don't think we will be back in this hotel. It's not worth all the money we payed. It could be more included. The hotel is not the freshest and they still charge you like they just opened.

La comida y una sorpresa que organice a mi pareja por su cumpleaños en la habitación, se despistaron y no lo hicieron. Por lo que no hubo sorpresa.

Most of the things, really. Cleaning rooms two times a day was a surprise for me. The food was always good, great variety. The two ala-carte restaurants provided great experience!

Cons:

No slippers, no toothbrush, which is not that big problem, but nice addition. The double bed could have been a bit more comfortable with a single mattress. The evening shows/animations could be something else apart live music/singing.

Pros:

Main restaurant with a great view, amazing food. Really nice pool area. Very clean room, quite huge with nice ocean view.

Cons:

Hotel does not have any sport animation, it is focused on relax and chill only, hovewer it has fitness room for those who need some sport.

Espléndido hotel por ubicación e instalaciones

Ubicación, con acceso directo a la playa y unas vistas increíbles. Instalaciones, tanto a nivel de habitación como de piscinas. Personal muy amable.
