Rude staff
Pros:

The location was in close proximity to the beach.

Cons:

After we checked out we left our luggages at the concierge. When we came back the staff suddenly informed us that we had to pay for a Pringles that we supposed to have opened. Firstly we didn’t and we had already checked out before so why were we being accused after? That staff became hostile, rude and raised his voice which was quite disappointing considering our stay was good until at that point.

Nice location very close to beach and near attractions.

Персонал очень приветливый и добродушный. И хоть я встретил множество проблем за 4 дня что жил там, персонал всегда пытался помочь нам, большое спасибо за это

Cons:

Жили на самом верхнем этаже(не допускайте эту ошибку в этом отеле), и в 5 утра огромные тележки с завтраками начинали ездить и будить тебя, спать было невозможно. Они ощущались как поезд который проносится прям над тобой, и это было каждое утро с 5 утра до 10 где то. Но персонал переселил нас в другой номер несколькими этажами ниже, после двух ночей, спасибо большое за это

И будьте еще осторожны, в этом отеле и в целом в том районе огромное число гостей из Индии, а они невероятно шумные, и нам они не давали спать все последующие ночи в этом отеле, по итогу мы сбежали из него, не дожидаясь окончания нашего бронирования

А еще завтраки тут оставляют желать лучшего, они весьма скудные и мы еще отравились там, это было неприятно, скорее всего дело в грибах которые там были, но такое случается во Вьетнаме часто, так что никаких претензий

В целом за свою цену - это весьма не плохое место чтобы остаться, но только не на верхних этажах левого крыла, иначе вы не сможете спать

I would stay again. Great value for money

Well presented, what you see in the photos is what you get. Edge of town, nice quiet sleep. 2 minute Grab from action.

Just one elevator not nice.
Indian people should be warn to be in rule hotel
Breakfast buffet is nice and good view only thing Indian people mostly touches foods and put them back it is problem and staff should warn them

Disappointed
Pros:

The location and the helper who’s stayed front door were so kind and he always smile + greet every time.

Cons:

The room was not cleaned properly during my stay, and the bedsheets were not changed daily. There was also a bad smell coming from the bed frame. Housekeeping staff knocked and opened doors around 10 a.m. without respecting guests’ privacy. Customer service and cleanliness need improvement
