Nice rooms, comfortable beds; the shower works reliably, and the water pressure is excellent.
The staff were extremely aggressive. When I arrived at my room, it was filthy; there was dirt on the floor, and the towels were black and unwashed. I asked for the room to be cleaned and the towels replaced, but I was brought black towels again, and the housekeeper started shouting and making phone calls. Later, while I was speaking with the receptionist, the housekeeper sat in a nearby chair, talking on the phone, pointing her finger at me, and acting aggressively. She behaved the same way in the hotel corridors throughout my stay—something that would be visible on the security cameras. The receptionist claimed they didn't use water for cleaning and insisted the housekeeper was behaving correctly; she even suggested I leave (she knew that I wouldn't be able to find a vacant room right then without a prior reservation), since they had no intention of cleaning the room. After I called the manager, my room was finally cleaned, but I kept the "Do Not Disturb" sign up for the rest of my stay because I was afraid of that threatening housekeeper. This is a very unsafe hotel with terrible staff.

كانت إقامتي جيدة بشكل عام. الفندق بسيط ولطيف، والغرف واسعة ومريحة، كما أن موقعه جيد وقريب من الشاطئ. يتم تنظيف الغرف يوميًا، وكانت النظافة جيدة طوال فترة الإقامة، كما أن الموظفين كانوا ودودين ومتعاونين.
بشكل عام، أقيّم الفندق بأنه جيد مقابل السعر، لكنه يحتاج إلى تحسين قائمة الإفطار لتناسب مختلف الجنسيات
Overall, our stay was good. The hotel is simple and pleasant, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The location is good and close to the beach. The rooms were cleaned every day, and the cleanliness was consistently good. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Overall, I would rate this hotel as good value for money, but it would greatly benefit from offering a more diverse breakfast that caters to international guests.
الفطور كان نقطة الضعف الرئيسية. رغم أننا حجزنا مع وجبة الإفطار، إلا أننا لم نتناولها طوال فترة إقامتنا، لأنه لم تكن هناك خيارات عالمية أو أطعمة تناسب المسلمين، وكانت الخيارات محدودة جدًا.
However, the breakfast was the biggest disappointment. Although we booked our stay with breakfast included, we did not eat there during our entire stay because there were no international options or meals suitable for Muslims. The breakfast choices were very limited.
Nice breakfast, nice staff. Laundry service. We even got gifts, when we left.
Lot of noise from the bars around the hotel. We didnt know it would be like that, dont know the area. The music stopped around midnight.

The location is great.
The room ac was taking a millennium to cool the room. Bathroom was average clean. Looked old. The room was too small.

Quá ồn ào nhạc suốt đêm ko thể ngủ được. Tiêu chuẩn 4 sao là không hợp lý chỉ ở mức độ 3 sao. Phòng không giống như hình. Mình dự tính ở 3 đêm nhưng trả phòng sau 1 đêm.
Các bạn nhân viên ở đây rất thân thiện và nhiệt tình hỗ trợ, các bạn đã giúp mình tìm lại đồ bỏ quên, vị trí ks rất tiện để ra bãi biển hoặc đi đến các điểm ăn uống.
Mình k thích đồ ăn sáng ở ks, đồ ăn k được ngon lắm,

It was close to lots of things to do
The noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. They had rave parties going on across the street every night. So loud you couldn’t hear yourself think until early morning. I’ve been told it’s a regular occurrence. Had about 6 hours sleep in three days. Advertised a rooftop bar and pool. The rooftop bar was closed and looks like it hasn’t been opened in a long time. Housekeeping will only clean your room if you’re there
GREAT BREAKFAST. WINDOW VIEW WAS EXCELLENT.
MORE CLEAN UP FOR THE POOL AREA.
