sehr gut, würde ich wieder buchen
Pros:

Blick auf das Meer vom Restaurant und der Bar sowie die Gestaltung und Atmosphäre waren super. Strand direkt vor dem Hotel!

Would highly recommend the Holland House. We will be back
Pros:

We stayed for 4 nights after our Cruise and we loved our stay at the Holland house. The breakfast is amazing. Great Beach access and comfortable beach lounges. The service was outstanding from the front desk, restaurant, bar and beach.

Great stay. Will definitely come back.
Pros:

Lovely hotel. Great location. Restaurant is very pretty and the food is delicious. The only complaint I had was that the AC was hard to figure out and the room was always cold! The fan would never turn off.

Cons:

Beachfront and shopping all in one!

We will be back sooner than later.
Pros:

This place is amazing and the staff made us feel like family. All of the staff from the front desk, bars, beach & restaurant we can’t say enough great things about them. Just an amazing time at the Holland House.

Pros:

La ubicación pleno centro de Philipsburg pero con playa privada

Cons:

El servicio (o la fala de servicio) del front desk. En particular la empleada de la mañana. Malhumorada, sin empatía. No es apta para ese puesto.

le prix elevé et pas l'occasion de retourner à Saint Martin partie hollandaise

Cons:

l’emplacement des jets ski tout près TROP près de l’hôtel ! baignade rendue dangereuse avec les touristes qui ne respectent pas les distances près de la plage.
les Énormes bateaux de croisières au bout de la baignade ... ça gâche la vue

Beautiful beaches and nothing else
Pros:

Breakfast was a la carte - co no bufet and you had to wait a very long time for breakfast. Big room with nice balcony and sofa. Bathroom was combined with a room. I would prefer separate and toilet was separately place next to wardrobe. The restaurant at the hotel was very good - I think the best on the island but bery pricy. Beach in front of hotel was nice but jet skis were extremely annoying - just get rid of them. Beaches on the island are wonderful.

Cons:

No gym at the hotel. We had to buy a membership at a local gym - Bel air. No pool or spa at the hotel. The neighborhood was not very nice. Only very close to the hotel eas ok and the rest of the city is ruined. Overall entire island is quite poor - no motorways, no tunnels. No sidewalks, most of the houses are old ruined not nice. On the French side - you have resorts destroyed by a hurricane - not rebuilt or cleared. Jus a pile of rubble.
