Great location with stylish comfy rooms Highly recommend this hotel
Pros:

Great location in main street. Walking distance to everywhere. Spacious room - great view of beach & harbour. Excellent breakfast. Helpful & friendly staff. Sun loungers & umbrellas from hotel on beach were great. Really enjoyed our stay & highly recommend!

Cons:

Jst had to wait 2 hours for our room but lots to do around the hotel

Cons:

Steriele kamers, matig eten maar wel aan de prijs, ontbijt uitgesproken slecht, alles op één bord gekwakt, we hebben het laten staan. Personeel ongeïnteresseerd. Prijs/ kwaliteit zowel van hotel als van restaurants totaal uit balans. Hier komen wij nooit meer terug.

The ambiance, the wonderful staff and the hotel restaurant is amazing with exceptional service. Ruby is a gem along with a few others whose names I cannot remember.
I spoke to chef to tell him how wo3 his food was

We loved our short getaway to Holland House.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable and the room very clean. The staff were delightful and very kind.

Cons:

The hotel is the loveliest thing about Philipsburg. It is super crowded with cruisers in the day. The shops can be found in any city and shop owners are aggressive in getting you to come in. Lots of battling loud music from surrounding bars when on the beach so not a peaceful experience.

Good hotel with perfect location but unsatisfactory servise (attitude) at the reseption and restaur

Cons:

1) glutenfrii bread at the breakfast was not available, even on request for the comming days.
2) attitude in the reseption was unsatisfactory. I had no suitable adapter for 110 v. My cellfone run out of batteri, it was holiday (new year day), and suitable shops were closed. The reseption could not help they had no adapter (?). neither were they willing to charge my phone. Explanation was that the hotel has no facilities to cahrge cell phone (yet everyone in the staff had mobile phnes, how could they charge their phones if no cahrgers existed at the hotel?

We had a large group of almost 23 people stay at the hotel. great location
Pros:

The lady who checked us in was terrific. we were also able to leave our luggage at check out as we were going to the Star Clipper at noon. Nicely organized for us.

Cons:

Expensive....too much food. Would rather have paid for smaller breakfast
