Pros:

The only thing I liked was the fact that they returned my fee as soon as I complained.

Cons:

The rooms did not have the views they promised in the reservation..the window were high, not cleaned and views to a back patio of other neighbors. The elevator broke and when I complained about the quality of the room they gave me a stinky room that I rejected all together. The place is not as advertised.

Defraudada, he hagut de pagar dos vegades i no m'han tornat el depòsit de l'habitació.

Лучше выбирать что-то ближе к центру.
Pros:

Выбрал отель из-за цены и террасы

Cons:

По факту терраса - это что-то с чем-то. Ничего не видно, видов нет, стоит забор за которым кто-то иногда моется в душе. Завтрак совсем треш. Кроме горячего молока вообще ничего не было попить.

Cheap with astonished conditions
Pros:

We had a fridge and electric kettle

Cons:

The staff (at the reception desk also) did not speak English.
We booked a room with a view of the city and we received a room WITHOUT WINDOW.
There was all inclusive which was worthless, under the level of value.

A pleaseant stay in Shenzhen
Pros:

The location it was in the city center, very close to the Electronic Market and the most important financial buildings

Cons:

The meal was the same every day and almost the same at breakfast and dinner. I couldn't get any lunch because I was in the electronic market

Месторасположение хорошее. На этом все.

Cons:

Номер без окна - к этому мы были готовы. Но верхний свет не работал совсем. Только тусклые светильники. Полумрак. В душе и туалете темно. Только подсветка за унитазом… Все время в темноте. Днем и ночью. Плюс влажность в номере и духота. При включении кондиционера - жуткая вонь сигаретами. В последнюю ночь особенно это было ужасно. Воняло сигаретами. Кто-то курил и климат-контроль это все в номер тянул. Но если его выключить - невозможная сырость. Завтрак скудный. Кофе только 1 вид. Пить невозможно. Все засаленное в столовой, не протертое, в руки брать страшно. Кончился чай за полчаса до конца времени завтрака - никто и не парился. Персонал по-английски не говорит. Да и через переводчик очень туго. Даже слово «метро» или «subway” никто не понимает!

受付のお姉さんたちはとても優しく、明るく親切に出迎えてくれました。
出かけていてあまり食べられなかったのですが、なんと朝、昼、夜3食用意されています。
夜はお粥など簡単なものなようです。
宿泊中はwechatで会話することができ、かなり早く返事をくれます。
部屋で足りなくなったものがあればすぐに笑顔で届けてくれて、出先からでも連絡が取れます。
配送センターのような設備があり、事前にタオバオなどで買ったものを送っておくときちんと管理しておいてもらえます。
部屋は東京のホテルと同レベルで綺麗です。
ホテルの前にはいつもタクシーが待機していて、電車の駅も近いので交通も便利です。
利用しませんでしたが、クリーニングを無料でしてくれるサービスもあるようでした。
すごく良いホテルでした。また深圳に遊びに行く際は泊まらせていただこうかと思います。

Rimaneva non lontana dal centro

La struttura andaba bene, il problema che avendo anticipato il check in, mi hanno scritto che andaba bene anticipare il mio arrivo, ma quando torno ieri alla mia stanza, questa era chiusa, scendo e mi dicono e ho pagato per 1 notte ancora più di 40 GBP . Va bene ma dovevano scriverlo quando hanno acetato la mia richiesta , poi quando sono arrivato il primo giorno mi hanno fatto pagare 130 e qualcosa CYN perché secondo loro quello che avevo pagato in line era solo in deposito che poi me lo ridanno , vedremo , ma per me le cose non si dicono chiaramente prima de fare la prenotazione, io non potrei raccomandare questo albergo per questo è alto motivo che meglio non sto a dire , grazie

Propreté et équipements (chargeur, thés, brosses à dents, peignoir etc.

Cons:

Le personnel n’indiquait pas clairement où se trouvait le lieu pour le petit déjeuner, il fallait chercher soit même et ce qui m’a fait perdre 30 min un matin.
