Superb Stay at Mercer Boutique Hotel
Pros:

Wonderful, superb location. So close to old Montreal, the waterfront, Notre-Dame, and so many fantastic restaurants and shops.
Lovely, modern accommodation that was well appointed with full kitchen, washing machine and dryer, as well as dining table for 4!
Convenient, FREE underground parking a 2 minute walk away.
Comfy bed, loved the shower. Easy keyless access to the room. Helpful staff.

Cons:

A few minor recommendations only. It would be great to have tea towels provided in the kitchen. An extra blanket for the sofa bed would be nice in the winter months, as well as a mattress protector cover so the springs in the sofa bed aren't so easily felt. (The regular bed was very comfortable).
Some tea bags would be a great addition (vs. only coffee pods).
Overall though we enjoyed our stay!

Property was beautiful

Cons:

Absolutely dirty! Floors were not cleaned (moped or swept). As soon as we walked in I could feel like I was walking on dirt. There was a dirty rag left on the living room table. White couch had many stains. Wifi did not work. I emailed staff and they apologized for the inconvenience and did not fix.

Awesome!
Pros:

The place was Brilliant in every way! The location is incredible, close to many attractions and easily within walking distance to many parts of the city! The room was clean, comfortable, and amazingly outfitted! The shower head was a delight, bed comfortable! The front desk staff were so incredible! Welcoming people, a home away from home that improved our vacation a hundred fold!

Cons:

Nothing at all this place is a diamond in the city!

Highly recommended hotel for any visitor to Montreal wanting to be close to the historic parts of Montreal
Pros:

Well situated location beautifully renovated and furnished. The one bed apartment was amazing.

Cons:

Minor complaint - hallways are loud because of wooden flooring and high ceilings. Would be good to have reminder for people to be respectful of room occupants in terms of the noise they make in hallways. But this is minor!

Second séjour au Mercer, toujours aussi bien!
Pros:

Top emplacement, nous sommes venus pour la seconde fois au Mercer et nous avons été aussi content que la première fois.

Cons:

Peut-être prévoir une carafe d'eau dans la cuisine ainsi que des torchons pour essuyer la vaisselle.
Sinon, c'était très bien.

Excellent séjour, je recommande les yeux fermés.
Pros:

L’accueil chaleureux. Le personnel est disponible et à l’écoute. L’appartement est très cosy et les matériaux sont de qualité. Super bonus pour le parking gratuit.

Modern, spacious comfort near Old Montreal
Pros:

Apartment was spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. Needed a space to work and it was excellent. Didn’t need the kitchen but would have been useful if I was travelling with family. Front desk staff always friendly and helpful. The Mercer was a great find.

Cons:

Wish there was an outlet by the desk space in the living area.
