Easy to find and very nice accommodation with parking included. Lots of places to eat within a short distance.
Had some difficulty with the parking card, but figured it out eventually.
El apartamento es muy bonito y bien equipado. Hay aparcamiento cubierto gratuito justo detrás del hotel. Los recepcionistas son muy atentos y ayudan en todo.
Faltaría algo de limpieza, los suelos estabas sucios y las toallas no parecían demasiado limpias. El edificio es muy bonito y es una lástima pues por el uso, las paredes, muebles y demás ya están algo sucios.
La principale raison de mon appréciation est le rapport qualité-prix — c’est parfait ! L’emplacement est aussi excellent, avec un stationnement intérieur juste à côté incluant des bornes de recharge pour véhicules électriques.
Nous entendons les gens dans le corridor mais c'est rien d'inquiétant.

I had a very disappointing experience at this four-star boutique hotel. I arrived late (after 10 PM) and immediately noticed serious cleanliness issues. The bedding appeared unchanged, with wrinkles and a large amount of hair, as if someone had already slept in the bed. The bathroom floor was full of hair, there were urine stains near the toilet, and the toilet itself was not properly cleaned.
I asked the receptionist to change the room, but he said he was not authorized to do so. Because it was very late and difficult to find alternative accommodation, I asked for clean sheets just to place on top of the bed so I could try to rest for the night.
The next morning, while I was at reception, I overheard another guest complaining about similar cleanliness issues. She said she had to clean the apartment herself and that no manager had contacted her for several days. She also mentioned that she had contacted Booking.com without any resolution and that she would no longer use the platform. The receptionist simply smiled and said the manager was not available and would contact the customer after check-out.
I left the property before check-out due to the unacceptable and unsanitary conditions. Despite this, the hotel later marked me as a “no-show” and refused to refund the money I paid (over CAD 800). I contacted Booking.com multiple times to try to resolve the situation, but the issue remained unresolved.
As a result, I paid more than CAD 800 for a stay I could not use, effectively losing the entire amount. I am very disappointed that this type of property is advertised as a four-star boutique hotel on Booking.com platform. The cleanliness, service, and complaint handling were far below four-star standards and left a very negative impression. Because the property failed to deliver the advertised four-star standard and ignored all my calls and messages, I will proceed with a formal complaint to the Office de la protection du consommateur.

The area is very convient close to all the boutiques and restaurants in the old town of Montreal .

The experience was amazing from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional, which made a huge difference after a long day. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
Honestly, nothing comes to mind. Everything met or exceeded expectations.
