Le salon, la salle de bain, la cuisine parfait.

Cons:

Le lit, les draps et housse de couette sont trop petit pour lit King, ils ont mis des draps et housse de couette pour lit queen.
Base de lit très bruyante lors de mouvement.
Oreiller trop épaisse.

24 hour reception was good to have 😊.

Cons:

A bit disappointed- it definitely looked nicer in the photos. Our room was described as 2 bed but was really 1 bed plus living space so a little squashy for our family.

Daily unit cleaning was good, but the cleaning between guests could use more attention to detail. I found a used q tip and used contact lenses in my bedroom floor.

Not worth the money and free parking. There is plenty of public parking available.
Pros:

The location is very convenient, downtown Montreal within walking distance.

Cons:

Our appartement did not correspond to the size illustrated in the photos. It was very small. Fridge was not working and no daily cleaning, despite being advertised. Windows are very dirty and need urgent cleaning.

Pros:

Location. Friendliness and helpfulness of staff

Cons:

Cleanliness could have been better. After a year no progress in the lobby. We had to ask for towels which should have been replaced. But staff went above and beyond to fix any issues. Safe was broken, bathroom sinks didn’t drain properly.

Pros:

Great location, Friendly staff, nice place for the most part.

Cons:

Noisy. Had people hammering above or beside me multiple mornings at 6AM and pounding/slamming stuff late into the night (12, 1AM, later), people screaming in the hallways, etc. Probably just bad timing with bad people, but really made sleep a challenge. The blankets and sheets on the bed probably needed replacing--they had multiple stains.
