Location was nice!

Cons:

I never had a chance to stay with Arsi Paradise, it was closed upon arrival. And yet, they took my booking. I raised the issue with booing.com as soon as I had internet but they didn't help me or gave an alternative, it took them very long to respond, by then I had stayed 4 days already. Basically, Arsi group forced me to take a hotel I didn't book.

Vi bookede Aris Paradise Beach Hotel tilbage i maj 2025 til vores ferie i august – to voksne og vores 6-årige datter. Ved ankomst kunne de ikke finde vores reservation, trods bekræftelse. Efter flere timers forvirring og opkald fandt de ud af, at de havde givet vores værelse til en anden gæst, fordi hotellet var overbooket.

Som "løsning" blev vi sendt til et andet hotel for én nat, som de ville betale for inkl. taxa. Det sagde vi ja til, da vores datter var udmattet. Det hotel var dog helt forladt, med kun én receptionist, ingen gæster, ingen fungerende aircondition og ekstremt beskidt. Det var ærligt talt uegnet til overnatning.

Dagen efter fik vi endelig værelse på Aris Paradise – dog ikke det, vi havde booket. Vi valgte at være forstående og prøvede at nyde ferien. Vores datter hyggede sig i poolen, og vi faldt i snak med andre gæster, som kunne fortælle om præcis samme behandling og madforgiftning.

To dage senere blev vi selv syge – kvalme, opkast og feber. Min kone måtte til læge, som konstaterede madforgiftning. Jeg kontaktede straks Booking.com for at få en refundering, så vi kunne finde et andet hotel. De åbnede en sag, men hotellet nægtede at betale noget tilbage.

Vi endte med at blive, men holdt os helt væk fra al mad og drikke på hotellet, selvom vi havde betalt for all inclusive – det føltes både utrygt og spildt.

Alt i alt en rigtig dårlig oplevelse, præget af rod, dårlig kommunikation og manglende ansvar. Jeg kan desværre ikke anbefale dette hotel – og vil heller ikke booke noget som helst med Aris-hotellerne i fremtiden. Det virker som en generel kultur, ikke en enkeltstående fejl.
