Pros:

La ubicación del Hotel, enfrente de donde se celebraba el Congreso.

El gym, bueno y bien equipado.

Cons:

La comida, aunque bien, demuestra las diferencias culturales.

Algún recepcionista un poco desinformado sobre las preguntas que le hice. Otros muy amables y atentos.

Pros:

Excellent staff, especially cleaning gentlemen. Beautiful authentic Moroccan spa. Excellent breakfast with best lentils soups I’ve ever had! A very nice traditional boutique hotel.

Cons:

My room was a bit small with no desktop to work on.

Hotel confortable pour un court séjour à Riyadh
Pros:

Cet hôtel est proche du site de Diriyah (20 minutes en voiture) et assez bien situe entre l aéroport et le centre historique meme s’il se trouve en bord de gros axe routier dans un quartier sans interet particulier. J’ai bien aime la décoration dans le style arabe. Le personnel est très aimable et nous ont offert un plateau de desserts au restaurant.

Cons:

J’ai trouvé que cet hôtel était un peu vieillissant. Les femmes n’ont pas accès à la piscine ni au spa.

Great and comfortable place to spend a few nights.
Pros:

Clean facility, with very friendly staff and an amazing lunch buffet. I highly recommend the delicious middle eastern dishes and desserts (served alongside the usual European stuff.)

It could be a convenient option if you have an event or ceremony in the same property.
Pros:

I appreciate the staff effort to satisfy customers requirements. First they changed the room due to a bad smell in the one they initially assigned to me. Additionally, they thankfully supported me to get back items that I forgot in the cabinet after the check-out.

Cons:

I believe they need to maintain the room. The room assigned to me was not maintained properly. The safe was broken, i had to use force to be able to slide the doors. Also, I believe it is not nice to send an email upon reservation telling you not to check in early or check out late as the first welcome message. I respect properties policies and they are already written.
What is worse that is to come after the checkin time by around an hour based on rules to tell you the room is not ready!

Pros:

The Spa and swimming pool is amazing and the guys working in the spa are wonderful. Most of the guys working in the hotel are wonderful

Cons:

The bathroom specifically the shower. Breakfast is very poor the food is 1/10
