Convenient for street food and not a long grab ride away from the centre. Smart tv in the room is great for the rainy days
This place needs some form of decoration. The lobby, the hallways, the room, all bare. Made it feel like a prison in all honesty.
Hot water service system.
1) Air con leaking water at all times.
2) Clothes/underwear from previous customer left behind in the bathroom behind the closing door.
3) The young girl receptionist (morning time) is terrible. She was not concentrated to provide the service rather than focus on her own mobile.
4) We are foreign tourists required assistance but she showed unwillingness to assist. Her attitude was arrogance and ignorance which was unacceptable.

Khách sạn đẹp sạch sẽ nhưng cách âm kém & cả hotel chỉ sử dụng chung 1 cái wifi -> ở tầng 2 trở lên thì wifi ko thể sử dụng được đâu, bất tiện vô cùng

mình nhắn tin nhưng bên khách sạn không trả lời đến lúc trả phòng thì mới trả lời. Vậy trả lời chi , lễ tân còn trẻ nên chưa có tập trung vào công việc lắm
My overall stay was excellent! I particularly appreciated the comfort of the room, which made it easy to work effectively. There were also enough electric sockets, which was very convenient. The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating, and the room itself was clean.
I was just a little surprised that the bathroom was separated from the "other" room by glass. There was also a small opening, but it wasn't an issue for privacy at all.

The shower was clogged, there were very small insects going around, and the floor was a bit dirty.

They need to make their rules for booking much more clear! Arrived at the hotell late evening and where told that they gave my room away and that there were no rooms left at the hotel and that I had to find another hotel. As a solo traveling women that felt like a nightmare. The owner told me that he tried to message me on booking.com the same day. I had traveled 17 hours by plane with no wifi and did not see the message. It was not before i raised my voice the owner suddenly found another free room for me. This is not a acceptable way to treat your guests😞
