It was a nice stay. Great location.
Pros:

My kids thought the bathtub was a creepy bathtub and I had to fight them to get in. The tub drain plug doesn't work. Also the bed was sunk into the frame.. Left bed on the left side. My friend had to sleep on the crooked bed. Room service was hard to get ahold of. I was hung up on. We waited for room service for a while before it came to us the day we checked out. It was a beautiful hotel but my baby now calls this hotel the one with the scary bathtub.

Cons:

Drain in bathtub didn't work.
Room service hung up on me. Then took awhile to bring us Milk in the morning.
The bed frame was broken when we arrived.
Everything else was nice.

Nice place.
Pros:

Very clean. Rooftop bar was very nice.

Cons:

Cold water in the shower. I also need coffee in my room when I stay at hotels. This room had a Nespresso and I don't know how to work those.

Great stay, just need to work on communication through out the team.
Pros:

It was nice and new! The decor was beautiful!

Cons:

I was supposed to have a late check out at 2:00 and the housekeeper knocked on my door at 9:30 AM. Also, the front desk called at 11:00 asking when I was going to check out. It was a little annoying.

Brand-new hotel in Downtown Indianapolis
Pros:

Brand-new with very nice and spacious rooms. AC is working well - for check-in we recommend valet parking which is at reasonable price for downtown location of the hotel. Great central downtown Indianapolis location!

Cons:

Our room had a view to the "inside" of the building, meaning we were looking at the opposite wall of the building. Surely you can book the more expensive rooms at the external side of the building, but the view was a bit disappointing to us considering the price of the room...
