The location of the hotel is excellent — it was easy to get to all the tourist attractions and even some less touristy places. We got a room on the 17th floor, and the view was absolutely stunning! The sea is only a three-minute walk away, and there are plenty of shops nearby. We could even see the musical fountain right from our window.

The room was cleaned every day, and the breakfasts were delicious with a good variety of options. You can sometimes hear some noise from the street, but it didn’t disturb at all, as you can’t hear it when the windows are closed.

Definitely one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at!

J'ai demandé une vue mer et je l'ai eue ! Une vraie vue mer, la terrasse est super agréable, la chambre propre et le service de l'hôtel est impeccable, j'ai très bien dormi et l'hôtel a une position géographique à Busan vraiment intéressante. Je recommande !

Cons:

La climatisation, même éteinte, faisait un bruit de ventilation et c'était un peu trop bruyant

床、浴室空間蠻大的！兩人房開三～四個行李箱不是問題
我們是訂雙床海景房，海景非常讚很滿意！
也有大桌子可以放買回來的東西&在房間吃外送也方便
整體家具擺放設計都很合理
這幾天住下來覺得電梯不會等很久還可以接受
服務人員態度也很親切，讚

Frühstück ist nicht empfehlenswert! Schade um das Geld, denn es gibt kaum Auswahl (Toast, kalte Milch mit Cornflakes, Fertignudeln)

Pros:

Die Lage war gut, man ist mitten im Geschehen, was man aber auch mögen muss.

Cons:

Es war sehr schmutzig und in 7 Tagen wurde nie richtig geputzt, nur Handtücher gewechselt und Toilettenpapier und Wasser nachgefüllt.
Der frühstücksrsum ist sehr ungemütlich und die Fotos stimmen nicht in der Anzeige.

Pros:

Главное достоинство отеля это прекрасное расположение. Совсем рядом находятся набережная, пляж, ночной рынок и другие интересные места Пусана. Из номера открывался красивый вид , хотя из-за дождей и тумана он был не всегда.

Отдельно отмечу июньскую погоду.. возможно, эта информация пригодится другим путешественникам. После жаркого Сеула, где ежедневно было около +30–32 °C, Пусан встретил нас температурой +19–20 °C, дождями и сильным ветром. Море ледяное. Конечно, это никак не связано с отелем, но тем, кто рассчитывает в июне на пляжный отдых, лучше взять с собой тёплые вещи.

Cons:

При заселении нам сообщили, что во время проживания уборка номера не предусмотрена. Больше всего удивило, что персонал также не собирался выносить мусор. В любом случае у нас за день скапливались упаковки, бутылки и стаканчики, поэтому пришлось решать, так как на ресепшн не отреагировали на просьбы о вынос мусора. Просто выставили мусор вместе с мусорным ведром за дверь номера. А после обращения к отелю через службу поддержки Booking мусор начали выносить.

Возможно, для этого отеля такой формат обслуживания считается нормальным, но мы столкнулись с подобным впервые. Стоимость проживания, конечно, соответствует довольно простому уровню сервиса.
