Good value for money
Pros:

The location and view from this hotel is really one of a kind. Location directly at the main Haeundae street is very convenient as well. Surprisingly the rooms were very quiet too and we couldn't hear any loud notice from the outside. The rooms vere spacious and comfortable especially for Korean standard. The staff was friendly and helpful, even though the English skills were a bit limited from our experience. However, overall this hotel is a great value for money and we would consider returning.

Cons:

The breakfast was quite underwhelming. It does not correspond to the pictures provided on booking and was basically the same everyday (sunny side up eggs - always cold, mixture of veggies with sausages, soup, instant ramen, cornflakes and toasts, but nothing to put on the toasts). The breakfast is as well till 10, which was quite early for us, and it's not possible to finish later since there is some game playing event everyday.
The cleaning service was a bit interesting since it was provided just every 3 days, otherwise we got just towels changed, but that wasn't too big issue. However, what was a bit of an issue was the fact that balconies seemed to have been never ever cleaned so it was hard to use. Moreover, there were no chairs or anything on the balcony and the whole room for 2 people had just 1 chair, making the balcony unusable.

看負評會發現這間飯店有些缺點，但不影響整體狀況，還是很值得來！！！

櫃檯人員回覆非常快速！！因為我們提早到，沒想到櫃檯人員竟然讓我們提早進房間休息，真的是拯救了疲憊的我們，讓我們度過非常棒的一天，超級感謝！！check in 和 check out 都方便快速，地理位置非常方便，海景房的景觀也很好，待在房間都感覺很舒適，廁所整潔乾淨，極力推薦👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Cons:

小缺點#1: 剛進到房間有股味道，建議可以先開窗通風；地毯上有些小污漬
小缺點#2: 早餐要額外加購，還需要先提前預約。當初跟飯店溝通上有點誤會，我以為有早餐，到現場才知道沒有，建議可以先確認清楚（當下有點小不爽😕

Nice hotel
Pros:

The best part of this hotel is the location. The hotel is on the main street in Haeundae beach area, a couple of minutes from the beach. It is also short 15min walk to the sky capsule starting point.
The room had a fresh modern look, with a partial view of the beach. There was a balcony which was very nice. The bed was comfortable. We only stayed one night, so not much more to add.

Cons:

I didn't enjoy the breakfast. It is mostly Asian options, and I prefer continental or western options. I was aware of this, so no need to complain. The rest of the family enjoyed breakfast very much.
