the friendly staff, the decoration of the room, really like gateway
well they should improve the hygiene. In the lift there is few hairs that stuck to the food menu that they display, they never remove it. The towel that they gave like an old towel, don't have detergent smell. I can hear exactly word by word when another room talking, they used 3 in 1 soap, body, shampoo. They should put in details how to go to the parking basement area when we are booking

Close to the Metro train station
Got a free upgrade due to hotel messing us around and changing the room at very short notice due to a pipe issue
Rooms don’t have windows which is stupid as it feels like being in prison
Majority of hotel staff don’t speak English which was very frustrated for me
I was lied about room availability when I asked about getting another room
Some staff didn’t have a clue about how to get to some tourist attractions which was very disappointing
It was near the train station

I got a feee upgrade to two rooms which had a window which made and my and my wife day as the other rooms without the windows was like staying in prison cell
The rooms not having windows as it feels like being in prison staying in room with no natural daylight
The majority of the staff didn’t have any command of English which was frustrated for me and my wife
No good places to eat nearby in tamman Connaught have to take MRT gain which was not suitable on the first night when we were shattered and jet lagged
Saya tidak tahu untuk masuk ke hotel agak sukar dan mengelirukan..staf dikaunter tidak beritahu..semasa memasuki parking saya tidak jumpa tempat masuk ke hotel..saya call reception bertanya tetapi staf menjawap 'tidak tahu',selepas panggilan ke2 dibuat, saya tanya sendiri orang awam yang berada di tempat parking dan berjaya masuk namun salah lift.. kemudian sy call semula..baru staf tggu sy di tempat lift yg salah..setelah menaiki lift yang betul, pintu pula tidak boleh dibuka, call lagi dan selepas berapa minit baru berjaya masuk bilik..masuk bilik pula.. bilik tidak memuaskan, ada stain dibantal dan tilam, ada juga stain di carpet..dan bilik air juga(tidak ambil gambar)
