Cancelled the booking after staying first night. Very poor facilities. Not worth for the price.

My stay at SIlka CHeras was awful. Images given in their property profile are from many years ago. Building hasn't been maintained properly for a while.

Room was very unclean, floor carpets were patched and unclean. Carpets have coffee and other stains all over (check attachments).

Bathroom was very unclean due to built up mold in each and every corner, including sink, bathtub and surrounding tiles.

Water takes a lot of time to drain from the sink.

I cancelled my stay after staying there the first day since I did not have any other option at that time.

Their photos on the website and on booking.com show very old photos and look nice, but actual property hasn't been maintained property.

Room did not have wifi signals, so I had to go to the corridor to login to wifi.

The water in bathroom. Great. Love the shower head.

Cons:

The room smell damp. Like dusty. Carpet and the furniture at the end of the bed was dirty. No laundry bag. No toothbrush.
