Pros:

Loved the charming look.

Cons:

Facilities were very dated. Staff didn't greet us or anyone unless you were paying and were on their phone each time we went in or out. I did take a video because it was comical. We study expect a palace for the price but being pleasant to guests is free.

La ubicación es inmejorable..... Estas a media cuadra de la 5ta avenida a 3 del ferry a Cozumel, a 1 del terminal de buses.... Realmente es un acierto, porque está todo cerca...

Cons:

Las camas.... Eran duras como palos.... No eran incómodas, pero si muy duras para mi gusto....

Great location - close to the ferry port, almost next to the bus station and in town, near the beach, but also pretty quiet at night! Was also very reasonably priced. A useful place to explore from, probably than a place to stay in at.

Cons:

Not responsive through booking.com or email - tried to contact multiple ways when we were going to be a day late for our stay. Managed to get through on the phone in the end, but needed help from a Spanish speaker to get through phone system options etc.
