The hotel is beautiful, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. From the front desk to the service staff, everyone was friendly, attentive, and professional. The location is convenient, and the comfortable atmosphere made our stay truly enjoyable. We were very satisfied with our experience and will definitely come back again!

There were plenty of restaurants, shops and transport options within easy reach, which made getting around Hanoi quite simple. I also thought the price was reasonable for the location and overall experience. I had a pleasant stay and would happily comeback on another trip to Hanoi.

The pho was my favorite, so much so that I had it every morning during my stay. There weren't loads of choices, but what was available was fresh and well prepared. I also liked that the options changed each day.

The housekeeping team was exceptionally meticulous. Every time I returned from work, my personal belongings had been neatly arranged, which made me very happy. It's rare to find a hotel that pays such close attention to detail.

I was pleasantly surprised by how fresh and spacious the hotel felt. Our room was comfortable with plenty of space, and there was no musty smell at all, which can sometimes be an issue with older accommodation in the Old Quarter. The hotel is a bit removed from Ta Hien Street, so it isn't the most convenient spot if nightlife is your main priority. For us, though, the slightly quieter location was actually a nice change after spending the day in the busy streets. The staff were genuinely lovely and made us feel welcome from the start. They were friendly without being overbearing and were always willing to help when we needed something. Overall, a very comfortable stay in Hanoi.

The hotel is in a very convenient location for exploring the local food scene. It is easy to get around, and everything is very clean. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. Both the room and the public areas are well maintained. However, the soundproofing could be improved, especially for light sleepers.
