Avani Central Hanoi Hotel

The hotel was clean and welcoming, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Check-in was smooth and didn't take long at all. Our room was well equipped with everything we needed, and the overall atmosphere was very comfortable. It was a great experience, and I would happily stay here again.

The hotel is perfectly situated in Hanoi’s Old Quarter, with Hoan Kiem Lake only a short walk away. Catherine provided outstanding assistance by helping me choose and book tours to Ha Long Bay, Sapa, and Ha Giang. The tours were high quality, well planned, and became some of the most memorable parts of my Vietnam journey.
